My husband just posted a review here for Plano Home Renovation, but I wanted to add and really highlight how terrific and helpful their customer service was right from the start. It is just sooooo refreshing to find general contractors that are pleasant, polite, and trustworthy! We had to change the start times of the work to be done because of our travel schedule and they were very flexible and accommodating. The paint job was the work that I was most impressed with. It looks beautiful and transforms the feel of the house. It was just an amazing experience all around! Its a 5 stars and 10 out of 10 review from me.

I am a Plano resident and very satisfied with the team at Plano Home Renovation. They will definitely be my preferred Plano contractor going forward. I found the renovation company as a referral from a personal friend who did a full home remodel with this local contractor. I had water damage from a broken plumbing line that froze during the winter storm. This contractor was so fast in getting me help before the leak got out of control. Several major repairs were needed such as removal of wet drywall and then installing new drywall back again. We needed new flooring installed (carpet and laminate combo) and interior paint to match the rest of the house. Their team simply got the job done without any issues! Thank you Plano Home Renovation

I had a great experience with Plano Home Renovation! I was referred by a family member so I had an immediate built-in trust to having them in my house. The manager gave me a free estimate for a list of home remodeling work I needed done at my house in Plano. I was impressed that these guys had the full range of home improvement services so I actually had them do more of the items on my to do list than I originally anticipated. The crews of contractors did interior painting, roof repairs, flooring, an awesome new HVAC system, and fixed leaks in the plumbing system. I am very pleased with all the work completed! I definitely recommend their team!

I hired Plano Home Renovation for a master bathroom remodeling job for my personal home.  I live in an older home in Plano so it was very much in need of updating but was dreading the time it takes to renovate anything like a bathroom or kitchen.  However, I was very pleasantly surprised.  The staff and remodeling crew was professional, efficient and courteous throughout, so it was a very enjoyable home remodeling experience.  The total time was about 6 days and I am very happy with the new look bathroom!  Most importantly, they stayed on budget from the estimate they gave me which builds a lot of trust in my books. I am giving serious
thought to remodeling my kitchen next!

I am a realtor in Frisco so I can see a good quality home remodeling job when done right. I have a couple of local contractors that I have developed a relationship with over the years and the team at Plano Home Renovation is a top tier contractor from everything I have seen in their work. I was very happy with the home remodel experience when I engaged them for a client that just bought a house in Collin County and wanted some upgrades before they moved in. Not only did Plano Home Renovation get the job done quickly (less than 10 days!), they were able to handle all the different work needed. The house needed a full interior paint with drywall repairs, fix two plumbing leaks, replaced an old water heater, new garage floor coating, new light fixutures on the interior and exterior of the property, and they installed new smart tech LED mirrors (which I just loved) in both bathrooms. All the home improvements turned out so beautifully! I give them 5 stars for sure!

I do not recommend Home Depot for any installation and/or remodeling work. Buy what you need from them and hire your own.

Do Not Use Their Carpet Installation! Purchased carpet installation on 8/23. The carpet was in stock and they couldn't install it till 9/16 which was fine. On 9/16 installer came out and Said that measure tech didn't provide enough carpet for the install. Spoke with Home depots carpet contractor (Cooper Installation) and they said someone would call me on 9/18 with an update. No one called. I am extremely unsatisfied with Home Depot customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend anyone use their carpet service.

Home appointments are a scam. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Brad Blare at this store. At first he said he could completely remodel my kitchen. Then the story changed to he could do half the work and his "buddy" that did not work for Home Depot could do the other half because he only does refacing. The lies and deception only became worse as I spoke with Brad. I will no longer shop at Home Depot since these types of scammers are allowed to work there. I've seen more truth from a traveling carny.

UES has done a bathroom renovation as well as roof replacement. They do excellent work. They kept me informed and assisted with the insurance claim. First class operation.

I contacted UES about mounting a couple of TVs in my mom's home. The service was exceptional. The TVs were mounted at the requested level and secure. Your friendly and great service was appreciated.

With any project, communication is key. Throughout our whole process we would have constant communication keeping us updated on the progress. Though some me things didn’t go according to plan, the project came out satisfactory. The crew made sure that we were happy with the results before the project closed out.

Great experience from beginning to end. They helped me to understand what my insurance would cover and communicated clearly and frequently with me and my insurance company. Service was prompt and it looks great. I had an unusual skylight that was broken that also needed to be replaced, and they got that special ordered for me. They were so good that I recommended them to my neighbor and my coworker, who were also very pleased. My coworker even went on to recommend them to her son. Very attentive, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.
