Construction Company reviews in Plano, Texas

This is a helpful, efficient, and hard-working company. We had a house with some moderate foundation problems and Steve was great to work with. His prices are reasonable, and his crew was so very hard-working and professional. We needed plumbing work done also and Steve helped me through it all. The new owners are lucky to have their warranty with Metro-Tex.

These days, it can often be a gamble when you hire a company you have never worked with to do repairs on your home. We got bids from several different foundation companies, all of which sounded good. Prices varied somewhat as well as the type of piers recommended. We got the best impression from Metro-Tex after Steve Sutherland came over and did measurements. We liked that as owner of the company he was very hands on, which turned out to be the case as he came out by himself to clear holly bushes in the front flower bed so his crew could start working right away once they arrived to do the work. After the job was completed, he came back and helped me take down two crepe myrtle trees which he said might be a problem down the road. Steve takes great pride in his work and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Should we ever need any more work done, we will certainly use Metro-Tex.

Fantastic communication with their team. Some people talk about luxury but most forget about the concierge aspect. This team delivers from moment 1 to final completion. Even then they follow up to ensure satisfaction! Cannot recommend enough

I had an excellent experience working with Texas Sparks Construction on the design and land development of my townhome community in Little Elm, TX. Their entire team was exceptional—supportive, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. They guided us through every step, including communications and negotiations with the City. I highly recommend Texas Sparks Construction for any design or development needs.

I worked with Texas Sparks Constructions in related to the interior finish out services in Leander area. Overall very satisfied with Ravi and his team. TSC team Naveen Addula and Sid are very pro active and responsive throughout the process. In addition to that, I like the Super Construct software / app they used for project updates time to time. Another notable point is, they stick with the budget initially agreed for. Really recommend TSC for your next real estate project.
