I could say enough about George and his crew. The results over exceeded any expectation I had. When it was all said and done , it was so much better than what I had when it was brand new. George fights for the consumer when it comes to insurance. I highly recommend George. He's truly amazing. With all the bad press that roofers get it's nice to have someone like him that I can count on. George, thank you for what you did for me but also for what great work you did with my parents. Your amazing!!!

I first met George Alexander / West Construction Group when my parents had storm damage several years back and had their roof replaced. George stepped in for another team member to meet with the insurance appraiser to review the appraisal and supplemental. My parents were very pleased not only with the roof and patio cover that was done (the attention & detail) but the genuine personal interest that George showed in them.

Several weeks ago I found myself in need of roof help after the multiple tornado storm that hit the Dallas area. I knew who to call. When I called George for help he dispatched a crew almost immediately to come over from a job they were finishing to make emergency patch repairs while I waited for a response from the insurance company. And waited on the appraiser. And waited and waited on the appraisal. I finally got the Insurance appraiser to talk w/George. Then things happened quickly.

George was as quick and as prompt as the insurance appraiser was slow. George slotted me in the first available cancellation/opening!

I used West Construction Group for a roof replacement on a flip house in Midland, TX. Todd was extremely responsive and accessible (a rare finding in the industry these days.) I never had to chase him down. He patiently answered all my [many] questions. What I especially appreciated was their professionalism, top quality work, attention to detail, pictures of progress along the way, going to bat for me with my insurance company, working with me on pricing, and all-around really going the extra mile to get the job done and make me a satisfied customer. This is who I now refer people to for their roofing needs. Highly recommended!!

George and his team are extremely fair with pricing and do quality work! They redid our bathroom, created a laundry room for us, and redid our kitchen and floors after a flood. We love our home and can’t stop spending time in our kitchen now! George is a sweetheart and was also really helpful with insurance questions (and will help you fight insurance when needed)!

Jasen and West Construction were recommended to us by several friends that have used them. Jasen was very helpful from start to finish and with the insurance company. Crews were prompt, professional and on time. Everything was done and completed as quoted and cleanup was very good. Will contact West Construction again when I have new home projects.

I first found out about George due to his military background and my son serves in the military. I always want to help out someone who has served. I did my homework and contacted his references. I was interested in having all the popcorn ceilings removed in my home and a master bath remodel. I interviewed several companies. They were always trying to oversell. George never tried to oversell his services. He warned me about the mess the ceilings would make and worked with me on all my ever changing decisions regarding the bathroom. One job lead to another and we were extremely happy from the ceilings, to the bathroom remodel, to crown molding and painting! George is a friend to our family now! But where he really excelled was replacing our roof! He handled all of the contacts with the insurance company and made sure each part of the claim was cared for and worked endlessly on each part of the repair, seeing that is was done correctly! I'm somewhat of a tough cookie to please and George made sure it was all done to my liking. I would highly recommend him.

West Construction Group was referred to me by a co-worker when I needed to have my roof replaced. George Alexander handled my job personally from inspection to completion. George is very knowledgeable when dealing with the insurance company and was able to get damages covered through supplemental claims that were not covered in the initial claim or inspection. West came in and got the job done on time and they did a quality job. They used top quality materials and didn't charge me for upgraded shingles and synthetic underlayment both of which were not on my house before they replaced the roof. They also installed water and ice barrier where it was needed. This was also not present before the roof replacement. I got West to give me a quote on painting my house which was badly needed. They were able to get the paint job done before the roof replacement. The painters took one day to prep the house and returned the next day to paint. West installed gutters around my entire house. This was an upgrade to the builder's gutters placed only above the front and back door. The new gutters look amazing and stopped erosion around the entire house which was a problem in several areas. The crew cleaned up after the job was completed and I never found any nails or construction materials left behind. The architectural shingles and the ridge vents West installed really make my house stand out from other houses in the neighborhood. George made the entire process from beginning to end painless. He was always available to talk when I called and never acted as if I was bugging him or asking too many questions. I recommend West Construction Group to anyone that wants a construction contractor that does quality work. Many neighbors complimented me on the house and one neighbor I didn't know rang my doorbell to ask who replaced my roof. West replaced that neighbor's roof as well. I referred West Construction to a co-worker who also used West Construction to replace their roof. One Summer Saturday morning I walked into my living room to find my floor covered in water. A supply line to the kitchen sink had burst overnight and leaked all over. George Alexander was the first person I called after I called the insurance company. West came in and replaced my floor, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, back splash and painted the interior. They did everything on the interior of my house with the same quality and craftmanship they performed when replacing my roof. West Construction treated me like a family member throughout both jobs. I will always use West Construction Group and wouldn't consider anyone else.

My family members, along with myself, have used West Construction Group. I have never been SO happy & proud of my new roof. Driving down my alley, I stop & stare at my roof because it looks that Awesome & sticks out from others. This company uses the best materials, & I love the alligator back on my roof. Looks very sharp!!! (I picked the charcoal color). Owner will also explain to you, the pros of picking a darker shingle. They did a lot of work, inside & outside of my house. Everything looks “great”!!! And all the workers are “super nice” & very professional, and do a wonderful job. They all work their tails off until the jobs are finished. And they do a gr8 job of cleaning everything up when jobs are completed. You'd never know they were there, because they clean up so well. They truly appreciate you & you can tell right off, the only concern all workers & Owner has is...”YOU”, and doing the best job for us. The Owner is always handy any time you have questions. And the best part is...once you make the initial call to your Insurance Company to file claim, George Alexander does everything else. You never have to lift another finger, or make another call or email anyone. He does everything else for you. That’s just greatness to me!!! My experience with this company was Super Awesome!!! I will always “highly” recommend using this company for any future roof work you need done....or anything else. And I will continue to brag about the quality of their work as well. Good grief, they fix & repair anything!!! I didn’t have to worry once. The other thing is, my Dad is “very” picky ~ (I’m his daughter for sure) 😬 and he too, highly recommends West Construction Group. I have used West Construction for a couple different projects around the house, from a new roof, gutters, to painting the exterior. Jasen has also done a fantastic job and made sure everything was completed correctly. I refer them to all my friends and family.

I recently used West Construction after a major hail storm. Jasen was my contractor and handled my insurance claim for me, as well as scheduling all the repairs through completion. Jasen made the process very painless and smooth. The work was completed in a timely manner and completed to my satisfaction. Jasen followed up after every crew finished to be certain I was happy with the quality of the work. The roofers did a great job cleaning up my yard and pool area when they were done. Jasen even helped me with a little side project not involving my insurance claim on his own time. I would definitely recommend West Construction and will use them in the future.

It was such a pleasure working with this company, John has been so helpful from the beginning. My roof has several hail damages which my first insurance company adjuster hid from me. John checked my roof and helped me take pictures of the damage and resubmit claims, finally my insurance approved to replace the whole roof. He knows what his doing and how to deal with the insurance company, and fight for you each and every step. The working crew came and were very professional and efficient, it took a little bit over a day to finish. Now my roof looks beautiful!!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs roof inspection and replacement.

When our property was hail damaged, West Construction Group was great to work with. John Maddry with WCG came out to the house to personally review the damage with the insurance company agent. He then worked closely with our insurance adjuster ensuring that all damage was accounted for and covered. Windows, roof, gutter, and fence damage were all reviewed meticulously. When the insurance estimate came in, John reviewed each line item with us to ensure accuracy. The work was efficient and professional for each phase of repair – roof, windows, gutters, and fence. John personally ensured that all materials used had our approval and were appropriate for the repair. Great experience and great results. Superb company.

I want to take this opportunity to appreciate the good work that West Construction Group did behind replacing my hail damaged roof. The project manager John Maddry was very professional and friendly at the same time, and guided me through the process, at every step. He made sure to be present during inspection and helped the insurance adjuster a lot to come up with a good estimation in the end. Also he was open with the suggestions on how & why they plan to do any change from current to future state. For the roof replacement work the crew handled the job pretty professionally, and were quite efficient. Even though we hit few hiccups in between, but John made sure to follow up with concerned persons and get the job done. The construction crew made sure things got cleaned up properly once they were done every day. When the project got over, John came over afterwards & personally checked for leftover nails and trash too, which was nice of him. The new roof looks great with the upgraded shingles and the finish.

We purchased our first TX home late last year and immediately began our search for a general contractor. We made several calls but George from WCG was the first to give me a call back, and the rest is history! I was so happy early on with his demeanor, professionalism, and his availability (he's also super text-msg literate, which was really important for me as someone who sits in meetings all day).

More than the actual quality of the work (which of course was phenomenal, and the other reviews can attest to), I most enjoyed the collaborative spirit we shared throughout the home reno journey. He is always happy to offer suggestions and tips, but is just as eager to honor your own preferences and requests.

As for the actual work, we employed WCG to essentially tackle a full reno of our 3,700 sq ft home: new flooring/carpets, complete bathroom makeovers (+ adding a new office bathroom), relocating laundry/dryer to 2nd floor, drywall repair, complete kitchen redesign, and more. In short, with the exception of tearing down the drywall, George and his crew replaced/repaired everything else. Even a month or so after the completion of our renovation, George still calls/texts to check in to see if we need anything.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but my wife and I enjoyed working with George so much that we entrusted my mother-in-law's reno needs to his services as well. Thanks George!

West Construction Group has worked on our house a few times. The first time was after the hail storms in Wylie. They worked with our insurance and made sure all the repairs were done in a timely manner. We were so pleased with them we hired them to remodel our laundry room and other projects. both George and Jasen are great to work with. We are very pleased and will keep them in mind for future projects.

George and his company saved our marriage! My husband and I got engaged December of 2020. We were happy, blissful, and unaware. Then snowmageddon happened February 2021. Our 1984 home had significant water damage and we were in over our heads. This is where George and West Construction Group came into the picture. George took on our project like we were family. He was there for us in a point of our lives that was meant to be joyous and stress free. The whole renovation process took close to 7 months- that timeframe included our wedding and 3 different short term rental moves. With all the chaos, George was our go to man. He dealt with the insurance company, gave us a wealth of knowledge, and was even our therapist at times! Without a doubt, do yourself a favor and use this company. They aren’t the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. George is reliable, professional, and worth every penny!

After being a victim of the winter storm in 2021, I called so many contractors and the ones that would answer the phone were at full capacity. The same happened when I called West Construction, but this time George asked me to tell him a little bit about our story. We had been building a new home and were just about to put our current home on the market a week after the winter storm. We were up against the clock due to the current market situation and we were worried the builder could drop us if we didn’t get our house sold in time. This gave us about 1 month to complete mitigation, repair all the damages, and clean up to go to market. After explaining our aggressive timeline George was very honest; he didn’t make any promises but he wanted to help and agreed to take us on even though he was at capacity. Through the process he checked in on us regularly and his team got the job done! If there was something he couldn’t get to he would tell us so that we had time to outsource that particular trade, ie.. paint. We appreciate him doing this because it allowed us to stay on time and move into our new house. The work was done well and potential buyers recognized that. The house sold day 1 of open house. Highly recommend, George knows what he is doing and certainly knows how to multitask!

I highly recommend! They have done several paint jobs for me at my home, including a recent job painting my master bathroom. It looks amazing! The quality of the work is excellent! I've also had them replace my roof (twice...hail storm destroyed the previous roof only 4 months after it was replaced) & they did an awesome job both times. They cleaned up & even checked for roofing nails around my yard before they left so no one in my family, including my dog, wouldn't find one with our feet. They were very professional & super easy to work with. Again, I highly recommend them!

The team at West were always sharing photos of the work being done, communicating with me in a clear and concise manner (and they are bilingual which is a huge plus in the industry), and always made me feel safe that my home (and the project!) would be done and done right.

They are also experts in the field, and gave white-glove service wherever possible. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the project and how to best fix my condo (after a flood) was top notch.
