Premier Lighting Solutions installed a complete Lutron Radio Ra2 retrofit for our home. Over 50 switches and devices, nest thermostats, and and an in-wall iPad mini touch screen. It's absolutely amazing to be able to control the entire house from the kitchen, phone, or using Amazon Alexa voice commands. The job was executed perfectly, which I'll get to at the end, but it's worth sharing the end-to-end experience of the job:

Our house had the reminisce of an early Leviton / HAI home automation system that was no longer functioning. We had no idea if we wanted (or could) upgrade in place, replace with a fully integrated system, or replace with one of the newer entry-level modular solutions. The old system was *impossible* to find documentation on. Hours and hours of internet searches lead me to only a few forum posts from 2005 -- nothing useful.

When I first called Terrell, amazingly, he knew all about it, and listed off a couple of solid options for us immediately. He then came to our house multiple times to walk us through different systems (and options within those systems) that would suit our needs and taste, count devices, etc., to really narrow into the final project scope before he started work and we wrote a check for material.

If you're doing a smaller job, the multiple visits probably wouldn't be necessary, but this was a large project for us so we really appreciated the extra touch. Through the system selection process he absolutely plays the role of a consumer first, and wanted to make sure we were completely happy with our choices.

The installation took about a week, which we spread across two phases because of some supply chain issues getting parts in stock thanks to Hurricane Harvey. We also had some wonky wiring in a few places in the house -- likely from a rush original install -- and a few rooms were more challenging to retrofit that originally anticipated.

During the whole project, including the gap between phases, Terrell stayed in close contact. He knew we had a series of guests coming into town and wanted the job completed by a certain date. He was proactive about keeping us informed of when the parts were coming into town and when we'd be on the schedule to make sure the job was done on time -- I never had to follow up.

Finally, and most importantly, the results are awesome. The system works flawlessly, but just as importantly the physical install is perfect. Everything was done very cleanly. Terrell quietly re-arranged the ordering in some of our 3-gang switch boxes to a more logical setup, and was *extremely* accommodating with mid-project requests as we were figuring out along the way how we wanted to interact with certain rooms.

Bottom line, if I ever expand my system, or move to a new house in the area, I'm calling Premier Lighting Solutions.

We have an older home and we wanted to control multiple lights from one location. We were worried about the complexity and the cost of the project. Premier Lighting Solutions provided a simple solution to our problem. The lighting was installed professionally and in a timely manner. Terrell did an awesome job. He was able to tie into our existing electrical without making a big mess by cutting a giant hole in the ceiling like others had told us was necessary and thus saved us a bunch of money. I highly recommend him and will use him on future projects as needed.

We recently hired Premier Lighting and Home Automation to design, install, and program recessed lights to replace our outdated fluorescent lighting. They even installed a Lutron smart dimmer which is amazing. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
