Several people in my family have done business with Premier Lighting several times so that’s who I turned too when I wanted a smart thermostat for a bit of Smart Home Automation in my Dallas apartment. He recommended ecobee smart thermostat and worked with my schedule to do the install on a day I was already working from home. Terrell is a great guy, very professional and aware that I might ask for an ‘uninstall’ if I move apartments. He made sure to do a very neat install & leave all the parts. I will definitely be calling him if I need any other type of electrical/Home Automation.

Pleased with the work that premier lighting done, very please with the Lutron shades installed in kitchen, formal living room & formal dinning area and bedroom, very seamless work along with the cassata dimmers and switches, also please with the lighting changes and adding of Lutron switches/ Dimmers that were added, terrel also took out the time to set up timers for switches and shades along with the Lutron app, if you want a clean & seamless look Lutron is the the only way to go! Not to mention how quiet the shades operate way to premier lighting,

After numerous attempts to find a media company to sort out our Control4 issues, we finally contacted Premier Lighting & Home Automation based on a recommendation from a friend. Terrell was quick to respond and thoroughly went through our system with recommendations of what we needed to upgrade and had proposals sent the same day. After doing the upgrades, Premier Lighting took ownership of our OS and has been quick to answer questions and handle any inevitable issues that have come up with work of this sort. I couldn’t make a higher recommendation than Terrell and Premier Lighting for his customer service and expertise in this field.

When I decided to look in to building my own smart home, I couldn't have been more fortunate to be referred to Terrell at Premier. I looked at many options for shades, lighting and automation because I wanted to design it myself. Terrell made sure that I picked the right products for each aspect of my home. The Lutron shades and lights are phenomenal, as well as how easily the RA3 system integrated into my other home automation devices, and I had plenty! Installation was quick and easy, Terrell was flexible with my schedule as well. Already looking forward to working with him on my next project!

I was interested in adding a smart outdoor lighting control. Reached out Premier Lighting and spoke with Terrell. I explained that I Wanted our entry light to come on when it was dark for safety reasons coming home. Being a Lutron lighting automation specialist, he recommended installing a controller and switch. Although it wasn’t a large job, Terrell was very professional, and was prompt, attentive, and personable. He walked me through setting up the Lutron app and gave me some pointers. He followed up with me soon after to see how it was working and make sure I was enjoying the system. Since then I have spoken with Terrell about adding some additional switches over time and he discussed in detail the different products that may work best for my system. Honestly it was enjoyable because I didn’t feel like I was speaking to someone just trying to sell me something, but more like chatting with a friend about upgrades to our houses. Would highly recommend working with Premier Lighting

I hired BK to mount my TV and scheduled him for Saturday morning. First off he tried to sell me a cheap mount from Alibaba instead of the mount I already bought. I made sure to confirm the appointment with him several times, but he no showed me Saturday morning and has yet to contact me.

If I were you I’d hire someone else that can actually show up to the job. Also, I am almost positive he isn’t a veteran, it seems he is just saying that to get people to hire him.
