This company was very professional, fast, and reasonably priced. We had 2 huge trees joined together, and their crew cut it down, ground the stump, and hauled away all the debris in one day! All my calls and questions were answered quickly. My husband said they definitely knew what they were doing, especially since our trees were so old they were hazardous. We highly recommend them!

Tree Care Plano did an excellent job removing dozens of large trees from around my house. They worked faster and charged less than the other estimates I received. I totally recommend!

Tree Care Plano's entire team where great. I had reached out to get quotes for about 8 large oak trees that exceeded my property. They where able to provide a tree service quote without me present and provided insurance and written quote within a solid timeframe. They knew I was waiting until home owners association. approval and honored the quote from the previous month. They answered their phone on the weekend and when I spoke to them on Sunday the next day the team was out at my property. They where honest, hardworking and took the time to speak to me and follow up through the process. My property came out great and the clean up was solid. I will 100% use them again and refer them for any trimming, stump, or tree removal. Thank you for running a company the correct way and treating the clients correct. I was pretty happy to get in touch with Tree Care Plano. They trimmed this nagging tree in our backyard right down to the stump. They did it in an efficient and safe manner. The staff was more than courteous and professional. Thank you again!

Tree Care Plano and the office staff are great at communicating. The quote took to remove 2 large trees and grind the stumps took 3 business days to arrive, which was reasonable. Their insurance company personally sends you their proof of insurance. The work was supposed to be done within 2.5 weeks. I asked to have it expedited because of an important house situation I was dealing with, and they were able to squeeze me in within a few business days. My yard is very clean minus the track marks from the grinding machine, which is normal, and the grinding debris around the stumps, which is normal practice as well. I got 5 quotes and they were cheaper than all the rest (over 2x cheaper than the highest quote!)

Work is A+ Highly recommend! trimmed my tree a few weeks ago and they did an AMAZING job. I also had other companies give me ridiculous quotes that were 4 times higher and they weren't going to do half the work. Tree Care Plano came on time ,moved my giant trampoline, my table ,furniture and all and got to work. I was a bit worried because of the trampoline but they were very careful and respectful of my things. The guys were very nice and answered any concerns I had. I honestly am super happy that I found this company because now I know I can rely on honest and respectful people to come trim my giant tree and keep it healthy. Our tech is super nice and seems like an honest guy. I GO with honest and polite any day but that's just me. I would recommend these guys 100 percent. I couldn't be happier with tree care Plano! I have had issues with getting my trees trimmed correctly for quite some time, and have just let it go. Finally, after being fed up for the last time, I called tree care plano. Not only did they exhibit exceptional customer service, but they were eager to complete the half-done job by my the previous tree trimming company I had hired. We agreed upon a time just a few days out, and they were on time, quick and efficient, and didn't leave any type of mess for me to deal with. Its like they read my mind on what I needed! We just had Tree Care Plano's Tree Service come out last week and trim 5 trees in our yard. They did a great job!! Tree Care Plano and the guys were very nice and knowledgeable about trees and pruning. We did not know much about how the trees should be trimmed and Tree Care Plano gave us his expert opinion about how to trim our specific types of trees so they would not die. They trimmed and thinned it out so now it can start fresh. They were very professional, polite, and experienced in tree trimming. Also the price was fair and they cleaned up after. I would used Tree Care Plano's Tree service again. I highly recommend them for all your tree needs!!

So very impressed with this company! Tree Care Plano were super responsive to set everything up. The tree trimmer and his field team were reliable, quick, and clearly good at what they do. Everyone was professional and also so pleasant.
I'd reached out to two other highly-reviewed tree trimming services: one never bothered to call me back to set up an estimate (I spoke to them twice) and the other was a no-showed twice! Tree Care Plano, though, showed up 15-min early for the free estimate and then returned later that day to do the job. (tree trimming on several trees in the front yard and removal of an old oak tree) The project manager was available via messaging/phone for updates and any questions. And he even messaged after the job to make sure we were happy! Hands down, would use them again for any trimming or stump removal in Texas.

I had to call to get an oak tree trimmed down before it cause some serious damage to my house. I called and they were there within the hour and had the tree trimmed in less than 2 hours. They were quick and efficient, I really appreciate y’all coming down today.

Unbelievable disorganization and incompetence from the people who run this company. My dealings with them were a hassle from beginning to end. Some of the problems were a lack of communication, showing up without notice, failing to mark which trees to work on -- which meant the field crews didn't know what they were supposed to do, problems with billing, and the arrogance from the management.

Believe it or not, when I complained to one of the supervisors about this company's incompetence, one of the owners showed up to my door and yelled at me for being frustrated with them, and then threatened to dump a truck load of debris in my driveway and abandon the project. The sheer arrogance of this man was shocking when he should have been humble instead -- recognizing that his customer was unhappy with their lack of professional work.

I regret hiring this company for the work I needed done. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their trees.
