roman was attentive and thorough. initially, i didn't detect any scent after the first carpet cleaning, so he came back a few days later with additional fragrant solutions to enhance the aroma of the carpet cleaning service. he made sure that their cleaning filled my plano home with a delightful fragrance. i would definitely suggest them to anyone i know! much obliged!

ezekiel and cory are outstanding. they did an excellent job and cleaned 7 assorted area carpets for us, all of different dimensions and styles. these carpets have been in our plano home for many years and now they appear as good as new. i would recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my home 2 weeks in advance knowing my kids will be out of town and the house would be undisturbed only to have this business 1. Not confirm the day before the cleaning and 2. On the day of cleaning I called to confirm with them and they said my address was "out of their service area". Why did they schedule me in the first place? And why is my house that is located in Plano, only 4 miles from the business, not in their area of service? Anyways, terrible business and I do not recommend anyone waste their time and money with them.
