“Did you read the fine print?” One of the very first things DC said to me when he walked up, before we even entered the house. He then said it over and over again before quoting me a new price that was SIX TIMES what we’d been quoted when we made the appointment. On three year old carpet. That we had been pretty meticulous on keeping clean. He then refused to do the less expensive treatment that we had contracted him for on our own house, and since we were closing on the house the following day and needed to get the cleaning done we had no choice but to accept. We ended up finding a deal on his own website that was $150 less than the live, in person quote, but still four times the original quote. The cleaning was fine, but it would also have been fine without the extra treatment he literally forced us to accept.

Dear Sevenstar: deals that pretend to be good may get you money in the short term, but this is BAD BUSINESS practice. Do you have the right to set your prices at whatever you like? Of course. But do not lie about them to get an appointment scheduled and then hide behind “fine print” while you fleece people who have no other option but to get the job done that day. To bait and switch like this is dishonest, and very harmful to your business and your customers.

Absolutely, 100% do not recommend now or ever. This is one time I wish I’d read all the reviews and seen how he’s treated customers in the past, because there is no way I would have taken this risk.

I have a pet and first called DC last year around this time. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Although the quote was a little more than I expected...I understand it's hard to estimate until you actually see the damage. He showed me all the placed where there was hidden pet urine. The extra treatment was well worth it and my home was clean and fresh smelling. I called him back this time for carpet, area rug and upholstery. Again, he didn't disappoint and price was fair. I've called larger companies such as Dalworth, etc and the original quote was way more than his and I'm sure they would have tried to up-sell me on additional treatments as well. I'm happy with my service and will use again.

DC and his assistant did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. He was more than happy to answer whatever questions I had about the additional carpet cleaning with pet stains and even gave me suggestions. They were able to do my entire upstairs within an hour. I would highly recommend them. Very friendly too!!!

D.C. was a great communicator from the moment I called him. He made me a timely appointment, confirmed the appointment, and showed up on time. He explained every aspect of the service as we walked through my house. He was exceedingly courteous, did solid work, and was generally great to work with. Highly recommend!

DC responded quickly to my email inquiry, gave me the approximate pricing, scheduled the job and showed up on time. He measured all the areas where cleaning was needed, and gave us a quote before starting the cleaning to assure we wanted to proceed. He was considerate of our personal items he had to work around, listened to my concerns, and completed the job within the timeframe he presented. He's a nice guy and was very easy and pleasant to work with. I will continue to refer him to family, friends, and clients.

I was very impressed with the customer service from DC. I had an Groupon that had expired and he gladly applied it to a bathroom tile/grout cleaning. There was an immediate improvement, the tile looks great! He answered all my questions regarding maintenance and up keep, very friendly and helpful. There was also very good communication prior to the appointment, I called to ask for a specific time within the time frame originally provided and he texted right away with a more specific time. I should also note, he hauled in all the cleaning supplies and heavy equipment for one small half bath, a great experience!

DC was AWESOME!
I had neglected getting our home’s carpets cleaned and developed a few lived in stains I didn’t think would come out from pets and kiddos eating in their rooms.
DC was able to get the majority of the stains out and ultimately restored our home’s carpets to looking phenomenal, smelling fresh and very soft to walk upon.
I definitely recommend using DC and Sevenstarcarpet if you want great service and a great outcome!

Great service. Lived in our house for 6 years without getting carpet or the tile professionally cleaned. Wow.....could we tell after we moved out! DC did a superb job making the carpet and tile look 100% better. Will definitely being using his services in the future.

DC did an outstanding job. He was prompt, responsive and on time. I have 2 large pets. I was shocked to see the amount of stains and pet fluids in the house. He shined the black light and allowed me to investigate pre and post cleaning. The difference was night and day! Highly recommend their services.

I recommend this cleaning service for any home with children and pets!! Carpeting stairs look amazing!! They communicate well, set clear, up front expectations and are punctual...all during a pandemic! My appointment was for 10am, but they were able to come an hour and a half early AFTER a machine malfunction because they prepared for alternative options. I am more than please with the fair quote and appreciate the hospitality of the crew. Great Job, Seven Star, this single mama will be calling again!!

I have used Seven Stars Carpet Cleaning in the past, but never wrote a review. This company deserves publicity! I have never been disappointed, that's why they're my go-to company for carpet cleaning.

Because of COVID it was difficult to reach them but well worth the wait!
DC confirmed my appointment immediately and on the date, he arrived promptly. He walked through measured and inspected everything, provided a clear, concise no pressure explanation of the charges and and confirmed my approval before starting.

I had my entire house, including the stairs cleaned and sanitized. There were a lot of stains and we weren't sure they would come up. Two hours later, I inspected the work; my carpets looked band new! Seven Stars Carpet Cleaning completed yet another great job for me.

I hired Seven Star carpet cleaning to come clean my white sofa love seat in my office space. They were professional, prompt and really did a great job reviving my poor sofa. It looked really bad and they brought it to life again. I highly recommend!! You won’t be disappointed.

My experience was amazing. DC was kind and patient on phone. Prompt and courteous upon arrival as well as good pricing for an average Joe like myself. Bedrooms and hallway left remnants of my mom’s dementia (she just passed).
