Dutch Shine Window Cleaning and Maintenancce Services came out yesterday and power wahed my house and then today cleaned ll my windows. My house looks spectacular. It's amazing how wonderful those windows look. The people who came today to clean the windows, Jorge and Jose could not have been more professional and courteous and the gentleman who did the power washing also. I am so glad I called them and plan to put them on my calendar of things to do every year.

Great communication, they texted me that they were coming a bit earlier asking if I would be ok with that. Crew was super polite and efficient. They did a great job on our windows and price is reasonable. We will be calling them again when is time for another cleaning.

Really impressed with this business and will continue to use! The communication from gettting a bid to the rain that came after our cleaning was outstanding. Their staff was polite and efficient and I felt very comfortable with them going all though the house doing their job. My windows have never looked better! My windows are so clear to look through after Dutch Shine cleans them. It is a world of difference and so nice to look out when they are clean. And the care taken to clean our gutters and make sure all downspouts are cleaned out is so appreciated.

Rarely have we receives such a HIGH LEVEL of SERVICE! The Dutch Shine crew did much more than expected, and their price was in line with other quotes. While washing our windows, they took down our security screens and then put them all back up in working order. This was above-and-beyond since the screens were old and fragile. They ended up having to make repairs that were not their fault. Seriously, they did way more than they would have had to do in order to make us happy. It is a family run business, and they obviously care about the work that they do.

I usually don’t write a lot of reviews, but I have to say this company really goes above and beyond with their customer service. They showed up during the scheduled 30 min window, contacted me when they were on the way, and even texted me during the service call to let me know there were some windows that had broken seals. They were extremely professional and cleaned my windows to a perfect shine. Prices are also very affordable.

Lastly, what really impressed me was that they contacted me a couple days after the service just to make sure I was still happy. It rained really hard the day after I got the windows cleaned and they wanted me to know they have a spot free window warranty. Should it rain and we see spots on the window, they will come back out and clean. How awesome is that?!?! I didn’t have any spots so that goes to show they did their job right!

Dutch Shine is awesome! My windows have honestly never looked better. I didn’t realize how bad my windows actually were until they started cleaning them. They came in, got the job done in a very timely manner and then walked me through any of my windows problem areas (such as broken seals, any holes in my screens, etc). Not to mention they also cleaned out our gutters. They were awesome and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dutch Shine Window Cleaners did a fabulous job cleaning both the inside and outside of all of our windows. We had tape on some of our windows that they were able to remove as well. The two gentleman that came were clean and very courteous. The owners were in constant contact with us, and let me know when they were on their way.
