He responded immediately to my call and was on time for the appointment. He acts professionally and did all the work of moving furniture around and cleaning. The final product was fantastic my tiles looked great like new. I will have him back and will recommend his services.

Where to start is the hard part (all great things to say)...DCs professionalism and workmanship is outstanding. In no time, he provided a cost estimate, timeline and executed the plan. He took care of stains that I thought were hopeless. I can't thank him enough and would recommend his services to everyone. No reason to go shop around, he's your go to.

So impressed! I had services this morning, as I needed to list/sell my house unexpectedly and quickly. The negative comments I read seem to be from people who want a higher range of services while only paying for the basic services, which I don’t think is fair to ask. I am all for a deal, but as customers we should recognize why there is an estimate as well as read fine print, since all jobs will be different and require different things. I did not utilize a GroupOn - I was recommended by my realtor, who has had happy clients that needed carpets looking great and ready to sell.

I got my appointment within a week of calling. One kids room had stains all over, as well as damage from 2 puppies (multiple holes, carpet edge fully ripped away) - I really thought I would have to replace the whole room. Two other rooms had giant awful coffee marks (full coffee cup, straight black) that I could never get out. My full flight of stairs had stains as well.

DC was professional, on time, and accessible by phone prior to appointment. The estimate was thorough, simple and clearly explained to me. The price was VERY fair and my carpets are all repaired and look brand new, ready for photos to list, in a matter of hours. I will definitely re-use in the future, and I highly recommend!

Terrific experience!! I just bought a new house and he made that old dog smell disappear in just a few hours. Carpets look brand new! DC was accommodating to my fluctuating schedule, was easy-going and easy to talk too, and takes tremendous pride in his work and in serving the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex for over 30 years! I highly recommend his service for your cleaning needs.

Definitely a bait and switch scam. DO NOT USE. Probably the worst I've ever dealt with. The scam might work with a unsuspecting stay at home caretaker. Huge mistake. Tons of other carpet cleaning services out there that are honest and reasonable. If you don't have brand new carpet - get ready to spend a TON with Seven Star. (Groupon and Living Social customers BEWARE) Below is a picture of my carpets that DC said had to have the mandatory pretreatment. 2 year old carpet that isn't lived in. I immediately showed the con artist the door.

DC was on time and did a great job! I have two little 10 pound dogs that pee on my carpet daily so it was in really bad shape with stains and smelled. DC got the stains and smell out. I like that DC owns the company and is the one doing the work with 30 plus years of experience so he knows the tricks of the trade. Highly recommend!

DC was, by FAR, the best person to ever clean our carpets. He cleaned my Mom’s house. She has wall to wall carpets all downstairs and 2 old, incontinent dogs. It do NOT smell good lol. DC went through every room and painstakingly showed my Mom the areas that were deep stained with urine. Then he set to work. He was there 4 hours and did such an amazing job!! It’s like a new house! He’s definitely our go to guy in the future and I’d give him 100 stars if I could.

He ensured that he treated all of the stains and explained why it was all necessary. Star Cleaning Review

I woke up at 7 AM on a Saturday morning, searched online, and found Seven Star Carpet Cleaning. I spoke with DC and explained that we had just moved into our new home the day before, and all the carpets needed to be cleaned ASAP. Despite the short notice, he made it work and got to our house quickly to get the job done.

Not only did he clean and revive the carpets, but he also refreshed and deodorized them. Now, the house smells amazing! I’m so grateful for the quick response and the quality of service provided.

I’d give them a 7-star review more than the 5 if I could! What a great job overall, and I appreciate the effort to accommodate us on such short notice!
