We had an issue with our pool on a weekend during a freeze. I had a hard time finding a pool service company to come out on a weekend, but Scott was willing to come out and figure out what the problem was with our pool. He came and accessed the problem right away and went out of his way to help us with other issues. Great company and great owner. Truly cares about his customers.

They were not only able to get me scheduled on short notice but they did an incredible job for a great price. You actually get to speak to someone when you call and they treat you extremely well unlike larger pool companies which treat you more like a number and aren't even local to the area. Needless to say they've won my business moving forward for all of my pool service.

It was New Year's Day morning when I noticed that water was no longer circulating in our pool after a freezing temperature of 18 degrees overnight. I checked the weather and there wouldn't be a break in the cold snap for 2 days. I knew that many plastic pipes were at risk for ice damage. I started calling around to local pool repair companies with no luck, not surprising for a holiday. I finally called Aquaclean and Scott answered the phone. While he wasn't providing service that day, he spent more than 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions and allaying my fears about broken pipes. He said he would come by the next morning to take a look. He arrived promptly and went to work. I was hoping for at least some advise about how to minimize the ice damage, because I was sure he wouldn't get the pump operational. But after about an hour after repairing a valve and servicing the frozen pump motor, he had the system working. I told him he was a magician. Overall I was extremely satisfied with Scott's work, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. I am sure that will have him back for some other work and perhaps use Aquaclean for pool maintenance. I highly recommend Scott.

After my pool service shut for over a week for the holidays, during a serious freeze leaving no emergency assistance, I was very lucky to find this company for emergency help when our pool equipment stopped functioning and the pool had to be shut down. Josh, a technician, talked us through how to drain our pipes at 9PM to keep them from freezing although we had no prior relationship with the company. After that he came out, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair with professionalism and efficiency. He even assisted with a few additional issues that my pool company had not been able to figure out. I can highly recommend Aqua Clean.

Live in Plano, and can't say enough good about Aqua Clean! They have COMPLETELY turned our pool around in a mere couple of months - after a full 2 years of the previous company we used making little progress with algae issues and never managing to get our vacuum to keep from toppling on it's side and doing absolutely nothing but wasting booster pump electricity.

The Polaris vacuum finally does it's job and actually moves all over the pool, and not exaggerating, there isn't a single speck of algae left in our entire pool, and we had SEVERE black and green algae.

Scott and his team are pool/pool equipment magicians, and Gail provides the best customer service you could ever ask for. Somebody always answers the phone, and on the rare occasion they don't, you can count on them calling you back within a couple of minutes.

Their customer portal is also a very neat tool, and allows you to see in real time exactly what they have added to your pool after each visit, and also notifies you of potential equipment service recommendations.

Scott and his team at Aqua Clean were outstanding! After the arctic freeze in February I couldn't find a pool repair service to come out and repair the damage to my pool equipment. Scott has helped us with our pool for almost 10 years. He is excellent at his work and is so helpful when there is a problem. The only reason they're getting two stars is because of the employee that came out. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

We called and asked for a quote on monthly pool services and also a quote on heater replacement. The day before they came out we canceled the quote on the heater replacement because they were charging us for a service call. The gentleman still came out to give us a quote and they still charged us for a service call. Felt a little bit scammy.

Scott first came out on a Saturday when my pool had not been running for three days and the water was an ugly green. He quickly made some recommendations for electrical work before addressing the pump issue, as my pool and equipment date back to the mid-1980s. Scott explained about the money I would save if I opted for newer technology, but I was really sold when he said how much quieter it could be. He made it happen quickly and trained us on the new features, patiently answering all our questions. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and I highly recommend his services. 5 stars! Scott was very helpful. We needed to have our pool heater replaced. He quoted us a very competitive rate and was able to install it the next day. We were pleased with the professionalism and timely response. We have used Aqua Clean before for other repairs and every time have been happy with the results. I definitely recommend them!
