Michael was very helpful and informative. He offered suggestions in areas I did not necessarily consider but yet it made sense to think about. The repair he was able to complete I thought he would make the bid and come back another day, he was able to do the same day and in a very reasonable amount of time. Very impressive.

Very happy with my Hank’s experience. We needed a hole cut out for a window unit in a room in our home. Tanner was the technician assigned to my job and was professional, friendly, and honest. He arrived quickly when we requested a quote, explained the entire process and all the fees so there were no surprises, and answered all my questions. On the day of the project they completed the project in less time than expected and everything came out beautifully. Will definitely be using Hank’s, and Tanner, again for projects in our home in the future!

The experience with the technician was great. Michael was very thorough in his explanation. However, he did state that if the installation (dog door encountered electrical wires, a different technician would need to address that. It would be an additional charge. Once completed, the installation could continue. Overall, Hanks Handyman was by FAR the most expense quote we received. We decided on another company.

Cecil Quinn did an excellent job repairing and realigning my patio door. He was respectful and thorough in his work and left no evidence or debris that he had totally restored the door and secured the two locks. It works like a charm!!!
He also inspected my dryer vent and gave me recommendations for cleaning to insure proper use and safety. I applaud his work ethic and appreciate his honesty. Will definitely ask for his help in maintaining my home in the future. Thanks, Cecil!

Mr. Jonathan Paz did an excellent job! He painted my garage door and it looks brand new! He also did an excellent job touching up the paint throughout the house, hung several pictures perfectly, and caulked all my windows. All the work was done professionally and with a smile. I really appreciate everything that was done, and I will call Hanks again.

Tanner and Ozzy were the total professionals on two bathroom remodels. The attention to detail was incredible. From the first day they started and put down floor coverings throughout to protect our hardwoods, you knew these folks take pride in their work product. Every detail in our bathroom remodel was covered, they were thorough, detailed oriented, done right, not fast. And the bathrooms like amazing. When they left our home after the project was completed they left our home in even a more spotless, clean, comfortable place than when they arrived. Thank you. Can't wait for our next project.

The tech was amazing! Michael was very professional and really great. He explained everything clearly that needed to be done. He was very respectful and very helpful. He even helped me take my trash out! The job was done really well and I'm totally satisfied with the work. Part of my garage ceiling had fallen down, he screwed the entire ceiling to be sure nothing else would happen. If I ever need work done they will be my first call. Great job, wonderful employee,. Job was done right and done well.

Great, great, great service. Isiah was excellent. He was so friendly and professional. We had a general inspection and dryer cleaning. He took his time taking pictures, cleaning the vent inside and out, reattached the vent hose (which had come loose) cleaned the vent inside and out and did a full evaluation of what was needed in the house. Luckily the issues were not something we needed to address right away. However he said to just ask for him whenever we decided to take care of them. He also took the time to answer all of our questions and gave some suggestions as to what else we can do to help save money around the house. I would recommend both him and Hanks when you need simple repairs to full remodels.

I have an antique bed that is over 150 years old. I had just bought a new mattress and the very first night my bed broke. Two of the slats had fallen on the floor; One of them broke in two. I scheduled an appointment with Hanks Handyman Services and my technician, Kwame Ghattas, was absolutely outstanding! He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He told me his plan for repairing/ fixing my bed and assured me it would be secure when he was done. I am super impressed with him and the company and highly recommend their services!!!👍😁

Jose A. did a great job in hanging a closet door! He was detailed, precise and didn't rush through the project. In addition, I really want to emphasize that Hank's Handyman employee's are organized and clean as they execute the project. They are very respectful in making sure they don't make a mess or leave a mess. I am totally happy with the service!

They charged me $400 for a handyman to come reattach a t-molding that fell off. It has not even been a month after they came to fix it and it already fell off again.

Agustin was the BEST! He was professional and cleaned the workspace so well after he completed the install of my bathroom tiles/floor and toilets. I was amazed with his work! I already have additional jobs for Agustin… weather strips on my garage doors, my backsplash in my kitchen and the install of my additional bathroom. I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank Agustin.

I needed specific help with getting up my Christmas banners. It was a project I know was not the usual for them but Adrian and his helper listened and accommodated me.
It was windy today in Texas and it's up really sturdy. And since Hanks is a part of Milestone services family I was happy to see that connection. They were both so friendly. I have another project planned and will not hesitate to call for Adrian and his helper (sorry ....I didn't write down his name)

Agustín was very professional when working in my home. He took care of my home like his own. He was very respectful and did the job accordingly. I will recommend and request to have him in my house any day.

Michael did a phenomenal job replacing my attic door. He's clean, took his time and did a job perfectly that two contractors before him couldn't manage. He is very polite, respected my home and left the area spotless. I only hope that I will be able to request him for future projects. He's an amazing worker. AND he did it all by himself.

My technician Brian provided a great experience. He was an expert and was professional. I am going to sell my house and had several things that needed to be repaired that he was able to finish. He was able to complete the repairs in a relatively short amount of time. He repaired siding, recaulked two of my windows, replaced a door, repaired three other doors, added trim to my attic stairs, repaired a door frame and replaced drywall. I am very pleased with his work.

Had two issues I wanted to take care of for the new owners of our home. Jamison came out, assessed the needs and assured me he could accomplish both tasks today. He did a beautiful job. Was very meticulous in his work. One issue involved some work with cedar and matching an old stain. When done no one would ever suspect a repair was done. Outstanding young man. Highly recommend.

​I received a quote from Hanks to install a double wall oven that didn't quite fit—the opening only needed to be widened by less than an inch.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. However, I was incredibly disappointed to receive a quote for over $1,000 for a task I knew would take less than an hour, especially since I offered to help with the removal and reinstallation of the oven.

​Update: I had the oven installed today by another reputable handyman service for $300.
