I’ve used them twice and both times they’ve done an awesome job. It’s affordable and they come right after your trash pick up date.

I wish I had pictures from the first time since our trash cans were truly disgusting. this second wash is just for upkeep and you can see in the pictures they barely got dirty and it’s been over six months.

Jim’s team where here at 8:30 on the dot. They worked hard to do one of the largest driveways in our subdivision. They moved everything around the pool, cleaned and sealed, and put everything back perfectly! Support this great local business!

Patriot Softwash turned 25-year-old rock walls into NEW with their soft washing technique! Jim was very responsive, detail-oriented, and finished nine 30-foot walls in a day in Meadow Hill Estates in Frisco. The black is GONE! He thought of including the 18" walls in front that hold the landscape beds -- which I had forgotten -- and made all of it look so fresh. I look forward to asking him to come again to do our other neighborhood retaining walls and rock columns along the brick wall. He is reasonable and there seems not to be anyone else in the area who takes such care to remove black algae without making new homes for it via high pressure water, which he does not use. Thanks so much Jim. It looks fantastic!
UPDATE: Six months later, I had Patriot Softwash clean my driveway and sidewalk, which are both in front of the house, and it all looks NEW now. Really freshens up the curb appeal! They were so professional and perfectionistic at getting everything back to its original appearance before 20 years of stains. Thanks so much!

Jim did a great job. He made the dirty limestone look brand new on my house. I also had a dumpster leak a substance that 2 other people couldn’t get out. Patriot got the stain out of the driveway so that I could sell my house.

I tried Patriot Soft Wash instead of the usual pressure washing system. I was astonished by how well it turned out. Thorough cleaning of rock on our house that had grown algae, our patio, deck, sidewalk and driveway. All look like new. Amazing. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

These guys did an amazing job on my stucco home. They got rid of the moss growing on the walls and they also cleaned over 7000 square feet of concrete which hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. In addition, they are veterans and really nice guys. I highly recommend their services.

They recommended that my job would be best done without power/pressure washing. I had a large area of flagstone as well as stamped concrete that had years of algae/fungus buildup. They did an outstanding job cleaning the surfaces. I also had two columns by the driveway that had some cast stone which was discolored. Their process cleaned these up very good. I am very pleased with their work.
