Very pleased with cleaning provided by Patriot Softwash. My home looks like new! All of the nasty mildew and algae were washed away, restoring the siding on our home to it’s original beauty.

Excellent service. Called Jim out to remove rust stains on my brick caused by air conditioner over flow drain on my 2 story home.

Noticed after the bricks had dried the stains had not been completely removed. Jim promptly came back the next day and took care of it.

Our Austin Stone house had quite a bit of black mold growing on the north and west sides, plus gutters and eaves, etc. had collected a lot of dirt/dust over several years. The Patriot team spent one day cleaning the entire outside of the house, plus Austin Stone plant bed borders, mailbox, driveway, sidewalks, pool deck, gutters and eaves. House is 25 years old but now looks like brand new. All dark areas are completely clean and no trace of mold anywhere. Great job.

My stone patio looked amazing after Jim and his crew cleaned it. Due to a low spot that never drains, it had accumulated black and green growth. Patriot Softwash removed it all.

I cannot say enough great things about Patriot Softwash! Jim and his team are amazing. Professional, reliable, honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard working. We had a very challenging job with a stamped concrete driveway that had been painted over several times and was peeling and chipping. It needed to be restored to its original state. I spoke to many companies in different industries trying to figure out how to go about it, only to find out the cost was outrageous or no one even wanted to attempt it? We were desperate and having to consider pouring a whole new driveway when I finally I found Jim. Thankfully he knew exactly what to do and at an affordable price! After stripping and resealing it turned out beautiful! I highly highly recommend!

After meeting Jim and experiencing the services of Patriot Softwash, I will never use another company to clean the exterior of my home again! Jim (and his team) are so professional. He explains in detail the services he is providing and the results expected. He provides a fair and detailed quote. (I had 2 quotes for the same work and the other quote was 2X the price). All of his people come in branded cars with badges to give you a higher sense of security. The results are amazing! I had 5+ years of mold growing on the outside of our house, roof and chimneys. I also had deep, dark rust on our patio stone, walls and water fountains. As an additional challenge, our house is very tall so the task was not simple. It took 8 days to clean everything, but the Patriot team was able to remove all of the stains and return the house to its original color, without damaging any of our landscaping. I am so appreciative of Jim and his team at Patriot Softwash and I highly recommend their services.

Patriot SoftWash is the real deal. Jim and his crew were great to deal with. I had rust on my siding and shingles from a rusty A/C drip pan that emptied on to the side of the house. Obviously you can't power wash shingles so the SoftWash was the perfect solution. I also had them do my front walkway and sidewalk. Again, a great job! Found them to be reasonably priced and the most pleasant and professional people I've dealt with in years! I can't praise them enough!

Had our entire house cleaned: standing seam metal roof, Leuders limestone, stucco, and porches and driveway. Could not believe the results. Twenty year old house looks brand new again. Jim and Mo are very professional and do what they promise.

I got some water stain along the side of my house which was turning into a dark orange color against my light bricks. I reached out to Jim and he promptly came out to do a free estimate. He is super friendly - he will make you feel like he’s a neighbor you’ve known for a while. On the day of the wash appointment, his team (Michael and crew) showed up on time and kept me updated every step of the way. They did a great job! Very professional. Highly recommend.

Returned to Patriot Softwash for the 2nd time to have our home exterior washed again. Really like their product as it does a great job in helping us to maintain the condition of our house exterior and is also environmentally safe for our plants and trees. We hired Jim and his team to give new life to our dingy covered patio and extended uncovered patio - two years had taken a toll on its off-white concrete stain. We didn't think that pressure washing it would be the best solution. By the time Patriot Softwash was done with their process, both areas looked as new as when the stain was first applied. As a result, we're very much enjoying spending time back outside. From roofs to patios, we encourage you to give Jim a call if you have a project that needs to be done with care.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer-oriented service provided by Patriot SoftWash. The owner, Jim, is personable and passionate about the services his company offers. Technician Michael was great to interact with, is hardworking, and was great about explaining the process and plan for the tasks to be done. I had the following cleaned: exterior 2-story brick house, exterior of gutters, front porch (top to bottom), sidewalk to front door, patio cover, and driveway. Everything looks great and I am so glad to have my house looking so clean on the exterior!

It took several tries to get a company to call me back for a quote. Jim, at Patriot Wash, was the 1st to get back to me and I am so glad I went with them. I wasn't sure what to expect, or how much something like this would cost, as I had never had my house soft washed/power washed before, but let's just say...you get what you pay for! Jim and his team did a great job of cleaning our front entrance gate area to our HOA. It was quite dirty and covered with mold. Jim's skill and knowhow quickly cleaned all the mold and dirt. He covered all the bushes so no chemical spray would get on them and was very careful with all the landscaping. Overall they did a great job and we highly recommend them.

Exceptional service & high quality work. Cleaned behind every one of my many shutters & the screened outdoor porch of our 2 story home. Covered bushes & electrical outlets so chemicals didn’t affect them. Very personable, caring people. We highly recommend them and will use them again & again.

Jim and Mo did an awesome job on my property. They came out and gave me an estimate. They throughly explained the process of soft wash. The north side of my house does not get very much sun. The brick and siding had lots of black mold.
