Patriot Softwash cleaned my moldy and grimy pool deck and coping, moldy brick walls, rust stained brick walls and front sidewalk. I didn’t think everything would get as clean as it did. It’s been over a month and even with all the rain we’ve had none of the mold has returned. Hopefully won’t need the service again for awhile but when I do I will definitely be using them. Be sure to cover all plants in the area. Overspray will burn leaves.

We had some black stain on our white chalk stone on our house. Patriot did an excellent job in removing the stain.

All of my concerns were addressed during our initial visit and I felt comfortable that Jim had the experience we were looking for. He selected Geo to lead our project. I contacted Patriot Softwash after needing our homes stone cleaned and saw there video on YouTube.

In the video I noticed they were local to the Dallas metro, so I called and Jim the owner answered. I spoke with him about my situation and he setup a time to meet the next day.

He looked our home over and explained that we were being proactive and catching the algae early. He gave us a respectable quote and setup a time to do the cleaning.

He showed up a day early which was great. He spent about 2 hours on the job and the stone looks great with all the color popping that I actually forgot about.

I would recommend Patriot Softwash to anyone needing this type of service. I found Jim to be respectable and knowledgeable. He stated the cleaning would last about 5 years. Ironically we’ve lived in our home 5 years so he was right on the mark. I’ll certainly contact Patriot Softwash when we need there service.

WOW! Our house looks so much nicer after a thorough cleaning by Patriot SoftWash!

Jim came out quickly to walk around the house and explain their processes and what they could do. We went for the entire exterior (synthetic stucco) to be cleaned, along with the gutters, driveway, patio, and sidewalk. Their quote was completely reasonable for all the work they were to do, and in retrospect worth the price.

Dakota and Alex were on time, communicated clearly on what was to be cleaned, showed me the problem spots and how they were dealing them, and walked me around afterwards and showed me the details of their work.

They treated the synthetic stucco with care and the house looks brand new now! Getting the subtle grime and black algae off the house that had built up over the years feels and looks wonderful!
