We have used kiwi services in the past. They do a great job. Highly recommend for rug cleaning. Rebecca in customer service is very helpful and was able to schedule a same day pickup.

We hired Kiwi to clean our couch, and the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. Despite their hefty charges and big promises, they completely failed to deliver. Not only did they leave the couch worse than before, but the fabric has lost its softness due to harsh treatment, and the original dirt spots reappeared soon after. The technician only spent about 15 minutes on the job and left without addressing the key issues.

On top of that, the technician unprofessionally suggested doing extra work in exchange for a "monetary favor," which was completely inappropriate. When I raised my concerns with management, they scheduled a follow-up appointment, but the technician never showed up and canceled last minute, asking for a reschedule. The entire process has been unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend Kiwi to anyone.

It's been a few years since I had the opportunity to use Kiwi, as my previous landlord contracted out for my carpet cleaning. Well, this time I'm on my own again and remembered the work Kiwi provided in the past. Fast, Professional and CLEAN! I'm thrilled to have you out again.

I used Kiwi Services about 5 years ago and they did a tremendous job cleaning the carpet in my townhome and I kept their phone number because I knew I would need them in the future. On tomorrow they will be coming to Hurst to complete a cleaning job at my son apartment. I only called the best in the business. If you're looking for professionalism and someone to show up on time and clean your carpet the way it's suppose to be cleaned then Kiwi cleaning is the way to go.

Kiwi has had my rug for two months. First they brought it back dirty, and then they didn't bring it back at all. We have had a terrible time getting it scheduled for delivery over the last two weeks. There is always some problem- first they couldn't find it, and now they want to deliver it at 7::30 Saturday night after promising it for several days in a row, always cancelling. They finally came down on the their chargesfor the inconvenience, but we still have not seen the rug to be sure it is actually clean.

I am using kiwi service since 2010, these people are very professional. I like that their carpet wash is quick dry , I did duct cleaning service too in past years, it was very good too. And top of that they have one year warranty, so you can call them again on a minimum charge again within a year.

We have used Kiwi for several years and are very pleased with their service. The carpet look great after it has been cleaned. I also love their customer service. I spoke with Elizabeth. She was so helpful, friendly and had great people skills.

They are always ready and willing to help me choose the best options for each of my rugs, and they also offer the best prices for quality work. Pick up and delivery is prompt, highly professional, and friendly. I would never consider entrusting my rugs to anyone else.

I have used Kiwi in the past and they have done a great job. I am writing this review because they will be coming to do my carpets again and I didn't even know I have a warranty from the last time they cleaned my carpets. Their representative called me to inform me that I had a warranty. Now that is great customer service.

I've used Kiwi for over 10 years. They are easy to schedule, reliable, and have exceptional customer service. The quick dry time is convenient. I frequently use the warranty cleaning before or after events at my home. It's a great way to help my older carpet stay fresh and clean.

We had a wonderful experience with Kiwi! Our carpet technician was professional, experienced, and very kind! Our family had just moved into an older home with carpet that had the expected wear and tear and desperately needed a cleaning. We had the carpet stretched and cleaned for a reasonable price. Five star service and would definitely book again!

The best carpet cleaning and repair ever! We have always had dogs. The stains didn't look possible to clean, but Kiwi pulled the carpet back, cleaned the slab, replaced some padding, and put the carpet back and stretched it as needed. No one can tell that mess ever happened. And of course I’m having them come clean my carpets again. No reason to look any further than Kiwi Services for carpets. I have not used their other services, but if I need someone I’ll call Kiwi. The first time was more expensive because of the dog stains. Very sick dog who didn’t make it; never could tell what happened after Kiwi did all that work.

I use Kiwi for my carpet cleaning regularly. They do a good job and are always professional. As I have lighter-colored carpet, I especially like that they will come out again whenever I need them for a modest trip charge.

This entire experience has been very disappointing. I think they have had my rug for over a month now. They have tried to deliver it three times. The first time the guy showed up and realized the rug wasn't even in the van. The second time, they called after the delivery window to say there was a family emergency. The most recent delivery was today where once again we have been waiting for another no-show. I will update this review once the rug is delivered. Pretty ridiculous.

Update: The rug still has a pet odor and I'm not even sure they did anything at all with the rug.

I have been using Kiwi Carpet for almost 8 years. I love that they can clean without leaving my carpet super wet. I love the bonus of the fresh citrus smell and the final rake of the carpet leaves my home clean and fresh. The price is higher to start but the warranty cleans throughout the year make it worth the cost!💕

Kiwi was quick to schedule my carpet cleaning. I love the citrus smell they use on the carpet. I also love they have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed and 1 year warranty (6 per room plus trip charge?)

I had kiwi clean my ducts/HVAC as well as my dryer vent and clean my carpets. Unbeatable service, they are so personable, even on the phone. They did a wonderful job, we have since moved and I'm hiring them again for the same thing. Highly recommend!
