Scheduled an appointment no one ever showed up. My husband called and was told they contracted the job out but we were never notified. Appointment was for 10 o'clock. Called again and was told someone was on there way still no one ever showed .

They never showed up! Very disappointing and unprofessional. Making an appointment means we have scheduled our busy day around too. I had a scheduled 730am appointment for this morning and received a 24 hr advance reminder, but yet nobody showed and there wasn't even a courtesy call to say they were late or anything… its 925am now and I have called, left a voicemail, but still haven't heard anything from this company. Very disappointed 😞…

Jorge was very professional he did a great job cleaning our carpet which hasn't been clean in quite sometime over 12yrs he maid it look very very good thanks Jorge you da man!!

BEWARE: They GUARANTEED 100% to get Pet odor out of carpet and they did not get the pet odor out and will not refund money or come back and redo their work. Promises made, work not done well and no guaranteed backed up. They say Oh we will come back when we get a chance or we are in that area again but they have never come back. They also said the guarantee was for 24 hours only AFTER we told them the job was not done well in a few days. Up front they did not say the guarantee was for 24 hrs. only. BEWARE.
