Excellent service! The team was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets.

I was so happy on how punctual Chris and Josh are every time I schedule with Pro Fresh N All. I have a small puppy who has started peeing everywhere (currently being potty trained) and they get the urine smell out every time! Super professional and punctual!

Joshua and his team were amazing! They were able to get out impossible stains, were professional the entire time and my rug looks great even after it’s dried! Thank you so much!

I have used this company before with great results but when I scheduled an appointment last week, it was canceled at the last minute on two different occasions. On the third try, they had it set for 10:00am. I get a call at 10:15am telling me they would be late and would be there closer to 12:00. Needless to say, they never showed or called. Not sure if they are under different ownership or the employees just don't care but we are forced to find another company...

Update as of 2/13/2019 - The owner contacted me and explained the situation. Since i have used them in the past with great results, I rescheduled our appointment based on our conversation. I must say, he went out of his way to make sure everything was done and then some. End result, happy customer - Thank you!

Chris is the upmost professional carpet cleaner I have ever met. I had a rug that I just loved for years and couldn’t get rid of but it was so extremely dirty. He removed YEARS of stains from my dogs and child. It now looks brand new!! I highly recommend Chris for all of your carpet cleaning needs!

I had some stains i had tried to get out for years and tried everything i could to get them out but had no success. I gave "PRO-FRESH N' ALL" a try and i was VERY happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. I was very impressed with the promptness and being on time and was very friendly. I am 100% satisfied and wont hesitate to call again. Thanks for the great service the carpets look and smell like new!!!

Booked this company through my home warranty. My warranty covers 3 rooms but I wanted to add on two more. For two additional rooms they quoted me over $400 dollars. I decided not to do the additional rooms because the price was outrageous. They came back 10 minutes later and offered to take off $150. No thanks. In that time I already found another company that charged me $135. The other commonly did a great job for less than 1/3 of their price. Such a scam.
