We booked this company through our movers, AB Moving. They continually confirmed the date and time. The team showed up early and worked hard to get the home cleaned. They did a great job and I would use them again.

I hired Maid Pros to clean my son’s home. Alicia and Arely did a very good job cleaning everything in order to get this home ready to be leased. They cleaned the entire 1600 sq foot home in six hours, which included shampooing the carpet in three bedrooms. I recommend this company.

booked them and gave them square footage and bedrooms/living room/bathroom count for the day we were moving out. 3 women came and didn't speak English - someone that doesn't work for the company called me translating saying it would be 6.5 hours to mop/vacuum/clean bathrooms... we have 1 cleaning lady that comes every other week it takes her 3 hours max and she charges $100

our original quote for 2.5 (they say 2.5 minimum) for $350+ then I said too expensive they gave me $30 off then 10% off so clearly their upfront rates are inflated.

after the women just left without saying anything I got a call saying they won't be able to clean and they're sorry but the ladies had a different job. how can you quote me 6.5 hours then have a job? terrible customer service + so unprofessional. left us hanging the day we moved out and got us fined with our landlord.

I do not know the names of the two people who performed the move out cleaning, but these two were OUTSTANDING!! I could not believe the detailed level of cleaning they performed. That apartment looked perfect. I was a little embarrassed on how dirty I thought I left it.

This was the first time I used a maid service. But I am going to start using My Maid Day, monthly once I find out the names of these two outstanding service providers. Thank you

Overall I am satisfied. There were some minor issues. I had requested the my patio and bedroom windows be cleaned on the outside. The patio window was cleaned, but the bedroom window was not cleaned. I had to remove the screen and clean it myself. Also in the utility room the dryer duct box was not cleaned and there were some minor marks on the floor below the dryer duct that I was able to remove with some simple all purpose cleaner and paper towels. The under the burners on the stove that area was not cleaned as well as I would have liked. Again I was able to remove most of the stains myself.
I was disappointed that I had to do this extra work. I wanted to do a walk through, but the carpet was still wet so I took a quick glance and made my payment and allowed the crew to leave. As a result I was not able to alert them to these issues. I think had I done so that they would have taken care of it. The crew was courteous and worked hard.
All in all I am satisfied with the exceptions mentioned above. I would consider using this company again.

Used them for several years, but after this last time, we'll never use them again. We paid $1500 for a move in cleaning in Jan. This was a move in clean and the previous owner had moved several months earlier without cleaning so even tho it was vacant, there were some spots that needed more attention then others. All this was explained over the phone!!! They showed up 2 hours late, then quoted me for 8 hrs instead of the 6 I was quoted over the phone. Since i was in a bind and renovations were scheduled to start the next day i reluctantly agreed. Then the started "cleaning" skipping cleaning out cabinets, moping bathrooms, dusting blinds, etc. The cleaners were rude and left food trash that we found a week later. We have been attempting to get a partial refund or reclean for over a month and nobody has called us once. Only periodic emails (1 reply for every 3 or 4 we send following up). They did finally offer $83 with no explaination of what that was to cover or apologyor even acknowledgementof yhe poor service. We haven't posted reviews yet trying to give them time to resolve this. But now I guess their silence and $83 is thier final response. TERRIBLE company and we will be reporting to the BBB!

Moving is so very stressful. Leaving one home to move into another - AB Movers not only did a high class quality move, (see my review) but their My Maid Day division Deep, Deep cleaned my old home ready for the new tenants. Showers, sinks, floors, light fixtures, appliances sparkled. Sooo, i hired them to be my new home cleaners to come out twice a month. They were professional, thorough, affordable, top notch cleaning.

They were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and listened to all of my concerns and assured me that they would take care of it. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would to clean the 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath apartment townhome ... I even added the carpet shampoo for the upstairs last minute. They were very efficient, affordable, and the results were IMPECCABLE! It was cleaner than when we moved in a year ago! If I ever need my new home deep cleaned or if I ever move again I WILL BE calling them again! No doubt about it!!!

Alicia and Areli did an absolutely amazing job on our house! We have a lot of animals, and after they were done you couldn’t even tell we had any! I would recommend this company to anyone!

First time using them and chose them based on their Google reviews and proximity to me. I am two days away from listing my house which is mostly empty and has had drywall and painting touchups. So lots of dust and bits of paint in places. My Maid Day sent three girls Alicia, Mirna, and Arely. They are professional hard working girls that have a great since of humor. We talked about the job and then let them get on with it.

We needed a last minute move out clean before we started showing our house, and My Maid Day was so quick to respond and was able to fit us in! Communication was great and everyone we spoke with was so friendly. They did a great job and we highly recommend!

I had a crew of three ladies come out last week to prepare our house for a photo shoot for our realtors. We had a tight time frame, and they understood and did their best to complete everything on time. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job. Very personable, too! I will definitely have them come back to finish up some things we didn't get done before we sell the house, and hopefully have them clean the house we move to!!
