Oh my goodness!! My team was fabulous!! They were so helpful in regards to my schedule, and so considerate concerning my budget!! My house sparkled when they walked out, and it was a complete disaster before they got there. We had been living away from this house for 3 weeks, and before that, we had just been packing and moving, so it was next-level filthy, IMHO. And they made it shine!! And I'm less time than they promised!! Tremendous value!

This was the worst cleaning company I have ever used. Extremely unprofessional. I would never use this company ever again. Extremely disappointed in how they handled things. I was quoted 3 hours for a deep clean before any cleaning started. the cleaner took over 2 hours to clean the bathroom while talking on the phone and mucking about. I had to call the company while the service was occurring. The cleaner legit lied in front of my face over the phone that she said 4 hours knowing fully well she said 3 hours.

This same cleaner tried to do a side job by stating that she will close the ticket out and offer to do a service cheaper if I paid her directly. Her supervisor asked to speak with me on her phone while she was there. It was so unprofessional and just absolutely disgusting. I am going to do a formal complaint to the Better business bureau regarding this

We’ve used them twice now, once for a move-out clean for our apartment a couple years back, and just now for a move-in clean for our new house. I feel like the standard for them must be high because both times we were blown away with how good the service was. It’s well worth the money to not have to worry about the cleaning aspect of renting/leasing while also trying to move. I’m excited to use them again later this week for another move-out clean of our apartment and in the future for other services.

Around 3 hour cleaning costed me 360$ (2people) came to clean. I felt disheartened watching one of then aged women trying hard to clean the place. I feel a some professional service can be chosen rather than this one. Their service dont include cleaning mirrors from outside, they didnt clean the nets on windows and some corners were left uncleaned which I had to point out and felt so much uncomfortable to ask them because of the vibe they created. The walls wont be cleaned if they have stain and some spots will remain as it is as they dont try hard to clean the surface. There is nothing like “deep clean” which I felt. Garage felt uncleaned as well which I pointed out but no action was taken but rather I was told that dirt is coming from outside :) I also asked them if they can remove dirt from in front of door for which they told me”times up” and they stopped the timer.

I genuinely believe the cleaning could have taken less than 2 hour but it is what it is now :)

Absolutely wonderful! They came same day Alicia, Arerli and Hillary were incredible! I had no idea how dusty parts of my home had become and in just a short time, they made it look like new!

I don't know what happened to this company, but the quality of service and customer care have gone down so much. We've used this company for move-out cleaning at least 3 times in the past since 10+ years and have not had any issues. Their cleaners used to be professional, polite, on time, and did excellent jobs each time. However, this time it was a total mistake, will not be using it again, and would not recommend it at all.

First, the cleaning crew was 2 hours late.
Second, I called for 1 person crew on the phone and 2 people showed up, asking me if I want 2 people, even though I made it very clear on the phone, AND in person that I only wanted 1 person crew.
Thirdly, they spent 3.75 hours in the unit and we still found dust pile on the floor, stovetop with watermark, and some baseboards left uncleaned. I contacted the customer service and they are very dismissive and hostile about what I've shared with them. Their response is laughable at the least, and outright unprofessional.
They imply that I should be grateful that they didn't charge me extra for 2 people working in the unit, despite I made it very clear on the phone and in person that I only wanted an one peson crew. They claimed that they did research and that there were items left in the unit, even though the cleaner didn't tell me that was a problem at the time of the service, and those items were not left at the spots where they skipped cleaning. And we also picked them up while they were still cleaning. They also claimed that the crew was given a time limit to stop cleaning, and I don't know where they get this from? Completely made up. I never said anything to the effect of "you must finish it by X hour." I did ask if they can finish it in 3 hours? The lady said maybe 3.5 hours. Also, are you telling me that 2 people cleaning in a 1 bedroom apartment cannot finish the basic task like cleaning out the dusts from the floor in 3.75 hours, and that we had to clean after the cleaners?

The bottom line is, they did a very unprofessional job and the company's customer service thinks their loyal, returning customer is the problem. Maybe they think they are so important that they dont care to lose a few old customers and clearly don't lack any business. What this company used to represent, the quality of service, the professionalism and the customer service are nowhere to be found now. It's disappointing and will not use their cleaning service again.

My elderly parents can no longer maintain their home like they once did. I was able to get them the additional help they needed with a deep cleaning. The maids were extremely well-prepared to tackle such an undertaking. Thank you, again. O

They did a pretty good job on the deep clean! There were some spots I had to have them do over after they finished a room (dust under the sofa) but they were happy to do it and very honest about what spots they did and didn't do. They got all the spots off my stainless steel microwave and fridge. They were clear and upfront about the hourly pricing and how long it was likely going to take, they ended up going under, and they cleaned until the very last minute of the timing so I wasn't being charged extra. The price is pretty steep for a deep clean but it was much needed for my home and they got it done.

We hired My Maid Day to do a move-out clean on a house we’d just moved out of. They completely exceeded our expectations! The crew did a much better job than we were even expecting, and the house looks and smells great! Our landlord is a close friend so we really wanted to hand the property back over to him in excellent shape, and we feel confident and happy to give him keys now. The cost was very reasonable and actually came in a little under the quote. Will definitely use this company again.

Great job! These ladies were pleasant, professional, and thorough. We finished moving out of our home the day prior and I was too tired to do any pre-cleaning as I’d planned. When they were finished, the place looked and smelled like new. Awesome customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again, if the need arises. I highly recommend them.

Areli, Alicia and Adriana were very professional and thorough. Unfortunately, my A/C broke the same day but they still finished the job and they even finished early. I had them clean the entire home before I move into it and had them clean the garage. Would highly recommend!

BEWARE!! Firstly they wanted to send 5 people to clean a standard size house that would’ve cost me over $700 for a basic standard clean. I requested 2 cleaners as that is what my typical cleaner sends and they do a great job. Instead of being upstanding and still doing a 2-3hr clean they spend over 5hrs cleaning to make sure my bill was over $550. After making the cleaners leave to not rack up more charges, we noticed they had scooted our coffee table across our floor instead of picking it up. This created deep scratches in our floors and My Maid Day was not willing to take responsibility for this. They sent a “manager” out who determined the coffee table was “too heavy for just one person to move and required two people”…this is why you scratched my floors because you didn’t do this. They are dishonest and now I’m spending close to $1,000 to get my floors repaired. The best part is you can still see their foot print under the table from the cleaners, because we don’t wear shoes in our house.

The two lovely ladies who came to clean did a fantastic job! The house looked wonderful for the new home owners. Thank you so much!

We are SO pleased with the services provided. We did a move out deep clean and it took about 4.5 hours in total. We are so grateful since we had a last minute decision to find cleaners. I sent in an inquiry on Saturday and within an hour or so I got a call back with an estimate and booking secured. I also requested an early cleaning and the ladies were prompt, arrived early and did an amazing job. Alicia, Areli and Hilari was our fabulous cleaning crew and they were very thorough and efficient. We are SO pleased!! Thank you also to Jorge for great communication, calling us with an estimated ETA, gave us the run through of our pricing and was very communicative with what to expect. They also texted arrival time ETA as well. Thank you all so much! The portal is also great, with a breakdown of cost and record of copy to keep.

I am a realtor at Northbrook Realty Group and my sellers needed a maid service to do their final clean since they had run out of time. I called My Maid Day and they were able to fit us in the next day. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. They did a great job and worked late into the night to get it done ✅ THANK YOU!

We hired My Maid Day for a move-in clean and were extremely impressed. The cleaning team was extremely thorough and detail oriented. The price per hour for three people was reasonable, and the work they did was undoubtedly worth the price. I would hire them again if a needed a move-in/move-out clean, or for general cleaning services.

Once again I am writing to give 5 stars to Alicia, Mirna and Hilary. This is the third time I have hired My Maid Day and these three ladies are the BEST. They cleaned our home to perfection, leaving it sparkling clean and fresh for the lucky new tenants. They are professional, hard working, trustworthy, and accurate. I was very thankful to have their help after a long day of moving out. They came cheerfully, arrived on time, and went the extra mile...even when our move out day was during one of the coldest days all winter! These ladies do not disappoint! Call My Maid Day and ask for Alicia, Mirna, and Hilary...you will be glad you did!

Mirna and Arali (not sure if I spelled these right) did a great job! I had them more a move in clean and had movers and the wifi guy here all at once and they happily worked around them and did a great job!

Absolutely fantastic! They cleaned the entire place to be completely spotless! This one room I've attached a picture of is only a small sample of how awesome they made the entire place.

If I ever need someone to clean a place again, I will definitely call My Maid Day!

It should be noted that they sent 2 personnel and they worked for 7 hours. That's pretty impressive, however, I also had to sit there with them for 7 hours in an empty house. It was boring, but they did such a fantastic job I really didn't mind. They also set my expectations up front and told me it was going to take them that long before they started but after they arrived and saw the place for the first time. Understandable and reasonable for that to happen that way and for them to take that long. Overall, I was really happy with the results and so were the owners.
