Horrible customer service and impossible to get someone who knows what is going on on the phone. Had a technician come and clean the dryer vents and broke the one on the roof. His explanation was that the wire mesh (that came with the vent) wasn’t suppose to be there. Proceeds to leave the mesh on the roof along with other trash. Now I’m receiving no communication with this company and no one is coming out to fix this issue. Would not recommend this company to anyone

I called this company and got a very reasonable quote from them. Nick came to the house on time and completed the job in a few hours. I highly recommend the company in general and Nick in particular.

This company did a GREAT job! Easy to schedule with, reminders and on-time. Nick made the windows shine and most importantly he didn’t make a mess in the house. Everything returned to its place, windows all locked, floor clean. Definite white glove service for a competitive price! Thank you!

We had our dryer vent “cleaned out” today by Blue Armadillo. The vent is 15 feet high and it had not been cleaned out for nine years. The service man, Will, who was very nice, worked less than twenty-five minutes and never took the dryer vent off of the dryer. He went up to the roof, pushed with a pole down the vent, and ran the dryer to blow the lint out the top of the vent. A nice man but this was not worth $250. It left us with a very bad feeling of being taken advantage of.

Will showed up early and went straight to work removing lint from my dryer vent. He was courteous and explained what he was doing. Massive amounts of lint was removed so I feel very good about the service that was performed.

These are my new go-to folks for dryer vent cleaning! They kept me informed as to arrival time and then Will let me know about how long the process would take once he arrived. He asked all the right questions and then gave me an overview once he was finished. They also do exterior cleaning and windows, so I plan to have them back next year to take care of all that.

Wasted an hour and a half of my day. The scope of work was so simple. Included multiple photographs videos from several angles. They simply were unable to understand. Pressure wash a 5‘ x 25‘ section of cinderblock wall. Unable to understand the concept. Inquired if I want the dirt pressure washed…… NEXT!

This was the best customer experience we’ve had in the five years we’ve lived in Plano. I was looking at Blue Armadillo and another company that had slightly more reviews. My first call to them for quite was easy and their communication was clear. I never dreamed we would get the quality and care they provided in making sure our entire home exterior and windows inside & out were perfectly cleaned. Nick was the person that came to our house and we plan on using them every year. Our house has never looked better!! We had paid in the past for window cleaners that come with Windex, but the professional gear this company has is commercial cleaning for your home. Next level and reasonable!!!

Thanks to Will's great work, our gutters and downspouts went from zero to hero! He arrived early and showed me before and after photos upon completion. Definitely a worthwhile service!

Where do I begin, they must use third parties, first I call asking if they can get hard water stains of two windows in the front . They say yes and ask for a premium. Then I get here and they’re using a magic eraser, I mean is this real. I have used all those things and if you cannot get it off the windows don’t bother even starting the job. I’m looking at the windows and they have streaks on the windows they said were clean. Never again!!!! I feel totally scammed !!!! BEWARE . I mean look at this window for paying almost 300$ it should be clean

Our gutter was clogged and caused a backfill which leaked into the house after a heavy thunderstorm.

Mary on the phone was very understanding, and arranged for a same-day emergency visit to clear the gutter before the next expected heavy rainfall. She also made a couple more calls to follow up with the appointment and status update, we very much appreciate that.

William and Nick showed up on time, they were courteous, friendly, and professional. They’ve cleared the gutter quickly and shown pictures of before and after. Our experience has been so pleasant that we want to schedule regular gutter cleaning with Blue Armadillo for the foreseeable years!

Nick did a great job! He arrived a little bit early and got right to work. Our gutters had not been cleaned in years so we had a little bit of "prairie restoration" going on (see pics)...after Nick's efforts we should have no problem with overflow in the future. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them in the future for other projects when we're ready to tackle them.
