I had my place cleaned today and I couldn’t be more happier. Lourdes was very professional and detail oriented. I felt like I walked into a whole new place. One of the best cleanings I've had in a long time! The team was incredibly thorough, ensuring every single corner of the house was spotless. They came fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and tools. They first did a walkthrough to understand my specific needs and areas of concern, making sure nothing was overlooked. Every part of my home was meticulously cleaned. The bathrooms and kitchen were left spotless (very important to me), and they even added some cute designs to the toilet paper, which was a delightful touch. I highly recommend their services and have already scheduled my routine cleanings with them.

Incredible experience with this carpet company. After some HVAC repairs, our staircase and upstairs carpet was stained pretty badly. Larry and his team member came out personally to view and clean the carpet. They were done in under an hour, and the carpet looked practically new! I will be having them back to clean additional rooms. Highly recommend for a quality clean and for a professional and friendly customer experience!

They were fast and responsive and the rates were very reasonable. They also made us aware of discount and coupon opportunities. I just cancelled my order with Kiwi to clean my area rug. I made the appointment for the tech to pick it up today and the best they would give me was sometime between 8AM and 5PM. They reminded me, yesterday, that they would be here in that time window and I needed to be here when they arrived. I remained here the entire day and their technician did not arrive, at all. The office manager called just before 4PM and promised that the tech would be here by 5:15PM. (Not terribly late.) Now, it's amost 6PM and the phone answerer told me that the tech is still 40 minutes away from arriving here. If they can't hit a 9 hour window to simply pick it up(which ANYONE can do), I don't trust them to handle the rest of their commitment, either.

KIWI cleaned my carpets last year. They looked and smelled so fresh after they left, when my four legged baby had an accident over Easter, I couldn't think of calling any other company! I am a KIWI for life.

I have used Kiwi in the past and they have done a great job. I am writing this review because they will be coming to do my carpets for my new home, and it will come with a 1yr. warranty. I fell that they try to satisfy their customer's needs better than anyone else I have ever used.
