I have been using Kiwi for years. I love their one-year warranty. It gives me such a piece of mind that for only a few dollars, I can give my carpets a refreshed look. It’s also a great way to maintain their value. Thanks to Kiwi my carpets look as good as the day they were installed. The technicians are always professional, timely, courteous and so thorough!!! I have never been anything, but 100% pleased!!!!!

Kiwi was quick to schedule my carpet cleaning. I love the citrus smell they use on the carpet. I also love they have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed and 1 year warranty (6 per room plus trip charge?)

I had kiwi clean my ducts/HVAC as well as my dryer vent and clean my carpets. Unbeatable service, they are so personable, even on the phone. They did a wonderful job, we have since moved and I'm hiring them again for the same thing. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Kiwi 2 times over the last few years. The last time was when my daughter had her sofa cleaned. They did an excellent job. Arrived on time and finished quickly. The best thing is Kiwi doesn’t use any chemicals and area dries quickly. They are always prompt returning phone calls and I would definately recommend Kiwi over any other carpet cleaning businesses.

Kiwi was really to easy work with from scheduling to billing. Their personnel was courteous and helpful with understanding the costs and getting us scheduled. The technician was on time and performed a thorough cleaning of our flooring. We will continue to use their and recommend them to others.

I had a poor experience. I hired them to clean my carpets, vents and the air handlers after having my house remodeled.

They didn’t clean all of my carpets. Most of the stains did not come out. And I immediately noticed that they missed a couple of the return registers.

The first time I changed my air filters after their service, they were so clogged they had become lodged in the air handlers. It was really hard to get them out and I ended up cutting my finger.

The dust was clearly from the construction. So, the person never changed the filters. Nor did he clean the air handler.

The customer service department told me I waited too long to let them know. They wanted another $440 to redo the work.

I called around to get a quote, the only reason why I decided to go with KIWI is because of the turn around time. I was told it usually took one week to clean it and it would be back in no time.
I asked about the payment and was assured the payment would be asked for one day before the rug was cleaned and returned. I also scheduled the latest pick up time and the lady and I agreed after 6pm. On May 5th, a KIWI employee picked up the rug at 3PM and asked for the payment up front.
It's now May 26th and KIWI has not returned my rug and I paid cash when the guy (whosename I did not write down) picked it up. I have called multiple times, asked for a manager and no one has returned my rug. I was told by an employee at KIWI they can return my rug but I wouldn't get my money back. The only excuse I get is "the manager will call you back". I've waited patiently, it's absurd on how they run that place. I called again and was told the rug is still on hold because they are very behind. After 21 days, they still haven't cleaned my rug.
I would not recommend KIWI to anyone.

It has been an absolute pleasure to have Kiwi Services clean our carpets at home. The technician is always on time and thoroughly cleans the carpet. The customer service team is on top of their game with scheduling appointments to reminders and to rescheduling if needed.

We have used Kiwi Services for a long time. Their professional phone response and follow--up is excellent. Over the years we have dealt with several service techs, all of whom have been well trained and do great work. We have downsized to a cond and Kiwi Services is the only company we would call to provide services at our new location.

I have used Kiwi Fort Worth several times to clean my area rugs and they have been fantastic. I had a few pet stains which needed deep cleaning and they washed my rug several times. They pickup and deliver and are friendly and quick. You never realize the difference until you get your rugs back…It makes a huge difference and brightens up your room again. Customer service is outstanding. I would recommend Kiwi hands down.

Our cats made a mess on two of our silk/wool rugs. We tried to use a natural enzyme cleaner to get rid of the smell. It didn't work. Kiwi Services did a great job cleaning them at a very reasonable price. The whole process was quite simple and easy: 1. filled out an estimate request; 2. They called back with a quote; 3. They sent someone to come pick it up; 4. Then delivered it back. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The rugs have returned to their brilliant colors, and smelled clean! Highly recommend.

Overly priced for a very poor job. I saw tech cleaning my stairs with a brush and a dirty rag. I assume all the rooms were cleaned the same way. Fishy smell in the house and not fresh and clean. He didn’t vacuum before cleaning so all the dirt was just rubbed on the carpet.

Kiwi Services did a great job cleaning our valuable rugs. They were professional, handled everything carefully, and made the rugs look new. Their prices are very reasonable, and the pickup and delivery service made the process super convenient. I highly recommend them!

We've been using KIWI services for all our carpet, tile grout, air ducts, furniture, and laminated floor cleanings. The techs were professional and respectful of our home. The one year warranty was an added plus.

I had to pay triple the amount than what I was originally quoted for cleaning the carpets of my small home. They quoted me $235 over the phone, and when i mentioned i needed the pet cleaning, there was no mention of extra fees. When the tech came, he advised the cleaning would be extra but couldn't tell me how much before he started. I was so stressed from moving all the furniture and keeping the dogs out of his way, i said to go ahead and clean anyway not knowing the final bill would take a whole paycheck. Went from $235 (and this is not a steam cleaning its a scrubbing) to $774. Wont recommend, because of the unclarity in communication when it comes to pricing. The chemicals they used did do the trick, the urine smell is gone, the stains have faded and it feels better in my home, but the price was such a shock. The chemicals didn't look to be made of gold but i am not the professional, only the customer who learned a valuable lesson.

Kiwi services have done an amazing job removing make up grime, high traffic soiling and pet stains on my carpet. I've used their services many times over the years and they have always provided exceptional quality and Very flexible scheduling as well. I recommend Kiwi to everyone!! Vic.

We hired this company for a general cleaning of our couch, which we’ve had for several years but was in great condition. When the cleaner finished, he told us the gray marks on the cushions were wet spots that would go away once dry. We trusted that explanation and paid at the time of service. Unfortunately, the spots never went away.

We tried everything — machine washing the cushion covers (which are machine washable) and using our own green machine — but the marks appear to be permanent. When we contacted the company, providing clear before-and-after photos, they blamed us for the damage and refused to take responsibility. They never offered to fix the problem, didn’t formally apologize, and communication was terrible with slow replies, sometimes no reply at all.

We got our money back indirectly by disputing the charge with our credit card company. Now we’re left with the cost of having to replace our couch cushion covers. This company was unprofessional, careless with our furniture, and unwilling to stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs.

Sent in 3 hand made rugs, and one with repair. KIWI did a great job communicating cost of repair and cleaning. Rugs were returned during time frame, and my delivery guy was awesome! He helped put back all the rugs, and helped move furniture back into it's place. He made sure the placement of the clean rugs was correct, and was super courteous. great job yall!

I feel way more comfortable now that my family is breathing healthy air. These guys are the best. The expert technicians provided a thorough air duct cleaning and checked the whole system. You should definitely give them a call. They do quality work and gave us a fair quote!
