We had Maid Brigade come clean our company office, I loved them so much I even scheduled for them to come clean my personal home. They are a little bit more expensive but trust me, you get what you pay for. We had to let our last cleaning lady go THAT WAS WITH US FOR FOUR YEARS because we set a trap and she stole $60. I highly recommend Maid Brigade, they are true professionals.

The pictures speak for themselves. This is the “made-up” bed from a “professional cleaner”….I had to ask her to adjust it as this is no where near what a neat bed should look like. I was genuinely appalled…

I truly needed a consistent cleaner, as my previous one is moving, so I signed up for the biweekly cleaning. I wanted to cancel after my initial service but was told I would be charged a one-time cleaning fee rather than the biweekly rate. Your first cleaning says a lot and based off of that I wanted to cancel. I intended to stay for the consistency but I also need a quality clean.

I received a call from the manager (Mallory) convincing me to give them another chance. I will be giving them another chance and will update my review accordingly.

We've been using Maid Brigade regularly for over a year now. Started with a deep clean and then scheduled regular cleanings every four weeks. Service is always done very well. They are always accommodating when we need the schedule to shift.

I LOVE Maid Brigade! Forced to find a new cleaning service after my long-time cleaner abruptly went out of business, Maid Brigade was responsive and quick to work us into their schedule. . .at my convenience. They're on time every time, and I'm SO pleased with their service. We've had to re-schedule occasionally, and Maid Brigade is understanding and accommodating. I appreciate their hard work, and I recommend their services. Thank you, Maid Brigade!

The three ladies who clean my house are amazing! They’re thorough and leave everything spotless. Their attention to detail is impressive, and they always exceed my expectations. Plus, they’re friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Maid Brigade since we moved to Dallas two years ago. They do a great job with floors, bathrooms and kitchen. We have a lot of hardwood and I appreciate the care they put into it. House always looks great. Reasonable too. You have have them do extra things when needed without a problem like deep clean oven, chandelier cleaning, etc. live that they changed the bedding every time too!

Maid Brigade came in yesterday and cleaned out house after a bath renovation. It has never been this clean. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

As a house with two large dogs and a toddler with a larger than life personality, I needed help cleaning. Angie and Reyna came on time and did a great job. They were quick and thorough. I’m relieved to know I have Maid Brigade as help to keep our house clean, it’s such a weight off my shoulders.

They are very thorough with cleaning the rooms. The ladies don’t use their cell phones while working. Both of them are pleasant and fast. I recommend Maid brigade service of Plano.

I happened to see a Maid brigade car at my bldg a day after my existing maid service didn't show up for my scheduled cleaning service. I called and the scheduling process was quick and easy. The team came right over😲🤗. Super professional, dressed professionally, environmentally friendly products... Nothing that bothered my allergies❤️. I'm so impressed, they cleaned EVERYTHING... Including wiping down cabinetry (which I didn't expect). And very fast. I'm so impressed with the quality and service. Switching over immediately!! Highly recommended. Team 9 is the best. Maid Brigade has been our home cleaning service for well over a year now. They did a deep clean for us last spring, and have been coming monthly ever since. We are so incredibly pleased with the quality of care by the people who schedule our service each month. Their communication is excellent! The technicians that come each month for our service are always amazing, and they will attend to things based off of texts I send for priorities each month. We are so grateful to have such a reliable, efficient, and effective service and group of people helping us keep our home clean. I wish I could give you 6 ⭐️’s because y’all deserve it!

Maid Brigade is awesome! I usually only get deep cleanings once or twice a year (because the dust bunnies will rise up and attack if I don’t) and it’s GREAT being able to rely on a company that sends a team of professional, thorough and very nice people. I highly recommend them. A++++

I have used Maid Brigade in the past and signed them up to start monthly cleanings at my parents home. My dad is over the moon and cannot stop talking about what an awesome job they did. He keeps stating he just can’t believe the cleaning that they did. They are retired and ailing in their later years and it just makes me so happy to be able to help them in this way.
