We hired Blue Science Pools for a full pool and spa cleaning and upgrade project in Plano. Our in-ground spa and pool equipment were updated with more energy-efficient parts, the waterline tile and pool light were replaced, and a mini-pebble finish was added to freshen the surface and make regular pool maintenance easier. We also changed to a salt system, which has helped keep the water cleaner and more balanced in the Texas heat. They repaired the brick coping as well, filling cracks and securing loose bricks so everything looks neat and works properly. The final result looks excellent, and we are very pleased. Dale stayed in touch with us often and was on-site regularly to check the progress and make sure each part of the job was handled the right way. When we ran into an issue with the control panel and mobile app connection for our pool system, Roger brought in the right help to get everything working smoothly as expected. The whole experience was professional, organized, and focused on quality pool service. We highly recommend them for pool cleaning, equipment upgrades, repairs, and dependable customer care.

They gave excellent pool service during a tough leak detection issue with my pool. The team worked closely to locate the leaks and stopped by more often than billed to keep the water balanced and the pool clean, which made the leak inspection process much easier. I really appreciated the extra care, clear communication, and dependable help throughout the repair process.

I have been using Maid Brigade for a while and am always pleased with the results. They are very efficient and always responsive to any questions I may have. I have pets and the while I have the dogs out up when they come, the cat is atill roaming. They are always super nice to my fur baby--that part is very important. I highly recommend.

Maid Brigade did an incredible job. I didn't know where to turn to when I moved out of my house. With feeling exhausted from moving, the last thing I wanted to do was to then deep clean the house. It was so worth it to get it done. I could not have done as good of a job as they did. They were quick, reliable, and made the booking super smooth. I highly recommend them for deep cleaning as well as anything else. So happy with the job they did! I am so glad someone recommended me to Maid Bridgade and I will recommend them to others.

Editing my review from 5 to 2. I was with this place for over a year. This is the first and only cleaning service I've had. There were many issues I had with them about the cleanings but for the most part, they tried to fix it. My issue is that, there shouldn't be so many reoccurring issues happening when they come to clean. I recently booked a deep clean and wanted them to focus on dusting and cleaning the area. I didn't care too much about organizing or decluttering, just wanted the space to be clean. I paid extra for the deep clean and there were so many areas left uncleaned, that I should've just paid for a baisc at that point because it was not deep cleaned at all. It was my last straw. If you have time to go back-and-forth with them constantly after cleans, so they can make it better, then this is the place for you. If you want something done correctly the first time, probably best to look elsewhere.

I went with 2 instead of 1 because I did have a team that I liked a lot and were very good and nice, but they tend to change teams on you if you need to reschedule the cleans, because they "can't guarantee the same team nor arrival window when it is a reschedule" even if they're rescheduling you for the same week day on another week.

I have used Maid Brigade for many years. By far my favorite team member is Laura S. She is always smiling and happy. She has takes her time and has done a really thorough job. She is the best!
