Great cleaning service. They show up on time and do a great job, Easy to communicate with and flexible with our schedule and traveling. So glad I found Cottage Care.

I normally clean my own home but due to an injury I needed help. The Cottage Care service provider was very professional and brought her own supplies. She did a thorough job and it was huge relief in my time of need.

I've been using Cottage Care for a few months now and I really like them. They are very responsive to your needs. If you indicate that you want them to concentrate on an area or that something needs to be done every time they come out, they will make a note on their clip board so that it will not be forgotten the next time. They are very organized and conscientious about their cleaning. And I feel safe with them. Also I was new to getting a cleaning service so they were careful to work with me to make sure I got the things I wanted from the service. The women who come out are very friendly.

I am very pleased with the cleaning service provided. The cleaning staff were friendly, thorough, and worked hard the entire time they were at my house.

The owner Amy came to my house at the end of the cleaning to be sure that everything was cleaned to my expectations, and she followed up again via phone call to be sure that I was truly happy.

Overall, I am very impressed and recommend them to anyone needing a home cleaning service.

Tawny came in and did an incredible job cleaning our home. We had used a different company and were unhappy with the lack of professionalism and ignoring my request for basic cleaning. Tawny blew us away. She's thorough, friendly, willing to please, and a delight to work with!!

Love Cottage Care! They come on time, clean quickly and effectively! Easy to get a hold of for a reschedule if needed, and everyone who comes is professional and courteous. Tawny is the cleaner who is our usual,,sometimes with others, sometimes alone. Love her!

Thumbs UP! We have been using CottageCare Plano for about 4 years now. Always get a reminder phone call a couple days before. They always arrive on time and prepared. VERY professional as to how they clean and what they clean. The house looks great. Their supervisor drops in occasionally to check. Everyone has been friendly, honest, and a good person. Solid company.

I had another cleaning company come in and “deep clean” my home before I gave birth to my son and was VERY disappointed in the end result. I decided to give Cottage Care a try to simply do a regular upkeep of the work done by the other company and they blew my mind!! Their standards are so high and they all work with such integrity. After my first experience I decided to have them come every few weeks and I’m impressed every time! Sierra is my regular helper and she’s so great about being punctual, understanding, quick but extremely thorough (she even organizes my end tables.. which are full of new mom necessities!) all this to say, I highly recommend CC!

We have been using Cottage Care for a couple of years. We had a lovely lady named Brenda that would come and help us clean our house. She is great at her job and a pleasure to be around. I work from home and generally having someone in the house during the day is a pain. With Brenda this was not an issue. Once she knew what to do, I would greet her and she would get to work.
