Happy to have found this company to help us with cleaning and servicing our pool! They are professional and thorough and so good at communicating. They give me a heads up before arriving so I can secure the dogs. And they give me an email with a detailed checklist and pictures after the cleaning. I am very pleased so far!

Pool Referees did an outstanding job of repairing my equipment after the ice storm. The technician arrived after the ice melted, and had parts on order. The extensive work was completed with no problems at all. We were one of the few people on our block to have our pool up and running before summer. Great company.

The Pool Refs have been taking care of my pool for more than 2 years, and it is always ready for a swim. Their techs are friendly and professional, and I really like the way they communicate via notes, email and texts. I always know when the pool has been serviced and the work that was done.

Can't say enough great things about this company. Refreshing to finally find a pool service company that is focused on quality and customer service. So far Robert and Daniel were the two Ive interacted with, but the support staff when calling in are super helpful and friendly as well. This company is highly efficient, cost is more than reasonable, and quality is top notch. I would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional pool service.

I'm a first time pool owner with no prior experience. I am so grateful to have found Pool Referees! They are honestly the best pool company to have. I contacted Pool Referees out of desperation. My prior pool company had not return my calls in regards to my pool emergency. So, I reached out to pool referees and I'm so glad I did. For their first visit Robert came out to measured my pool and took pictures of my equipment. Which really came in handy when I needed someone to help me drain my pool. He sent me step my step instructions and a picture of the valve I needed to use. My pool stays sparkling blue everyday even up to the next visit. Which is something that wasn't happening with the other company. I highly recommend Pool Referees. Don't waste your time and money with any other company.

They were great until they merged with gold medal pools. I’ve had a service request since Monday for an urgent issue and nobody has come out to fix it. I’ve called twice and was reassured it was high priority with the freeze and it is still unresolved. When this company was owned by pool refs they were great. Sad to see a family owned company go down after merging.

Pool Referee has done an amazing job for us over the last several years. Their communication is spot on and they will always let us know if there’s a delay in our pool service.
Their technicians do a great job, and we’ve rarely had anything to contact them about. I highly recommend them, and would recommend them to any of my closest friends and family.

I paid this company $1152 to fix my filter over two months and they never fixed the problem. I had to call another company to fix it because the filter would dump all the DE power back into the pool. They came to my house several times over two months guessing as to what was wrong and charging to replace all kinds of parts. The owner even told me that it's hard to find good employees that know all the equipment of a pool, and yet they are so shameless to take the job. If you want to WASTE your money, please call them. They have NO shame, no professionalism, and will gladly steal from you two.

After 4+ years with another pool servicing company, I realized that I needed better results. After 1 month with Pool Referees I'm extremely happy with their service. My pool looks great. The techs are very thorough, and the company has been very communicative and responsive to my questions.

Taking up two spaces because you can't drive is ridiculous. There is no reason or justification for this. Learn to drive

I found and returned a Rugdoctor 4 months ago and they claim they couldn't give me a reward because the lady that directed me how and where to return the unit no longer works there so if u find one don't waist your time returning it i f I find another one I'll burn it and piss on the ashes before I waste my time calling them what a joke and it states on the machine if found return 4 a reward

Self serv stations are out of service and left with non functioning machines. Customer service numbers are dead. Came to a location to use your service, left disappointed.

I'm sad to say the Rug Dr. has terrible customer service and lack of concern about dirty machines they are renting out on a regular basis. And an inability to honor their $3 coupons.

Most people playing your carpets on weekends I would think. I'm working on mine and the machine doesn't work after I spent 50 bucks. No support anywhere phone number on the literature that comes with the machine. Very very very poor. It's obvious they don't not care about customer service.

They offer attachments on the rental site that you can add for a fee. So I added an attachment to clean the stairs only to find out at my chosen pick up location they never have those. Don't waste peoples time.
