I hired this company based on their great Google reviews and paid $300 for a 3-hour deep clean. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what is advertised on their website.

The crew was only in my apartment for about 2.5 hours even though I was charged for three. They did not vacuum my carpets, barely mopped the floors with a swiffer I provided them after saying they didn’t have a mop, they did not take out any trash, my microwave is still filthy, and my toilet and shower were not even cleaned. They also used almost all of my personal paper towels instead of bringing their own supplies.

I contacted the office multiple times and was told a manager would call me back. no one ever did. After several days, they finally responded to my emails and offered me only $80 back on a $300 service and asked me to sign a release form waiving all future claims. When I pushed back for a fair resolution, they stopped responding completely.

This was not a deep clean by any professional standard, and the lack of accountability from management is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

Most recent work I had by Pool Referees (pool referees) was replacing my pvc port for my Polaris P280. The work was done promptly for areasonable cost for all parts including a new Polaris. I have used PR's three times and will continue. The tech I use is professional and knowledgable, I highly recommend him and PR's.

These guys are awesome! Came out the same day I called because I had a final walk through on my home and needed the pool inspected. Marvin aka D-Marv LOL, came out diagnosis the issues and gave a rough quote on repairs that were still needed. I used that to negotiate for more money at closing to repair. D-Marv made all the repairs as well as put in heater, pressure cleaner, and updated all my equipment. I also have them come every week for service. I can't say how much I enjoy having a knowledgeable and available company to count on because I know nothing about pools. They have been honest on what needs to be done and fair on the pricing. Guve them a call.
