We are SO pleased with the services provided. We did a move out deep clean and it took about 4.5 hours in total. We are so grateful since we had a last minute decision to find cleaners. I sent in an inquiry on Saturday and within an hour or so I got a call back with an estimate and booking secured. I also requested an early cleaning and the ladies were prompt, arrived early and did an amazing job. Alicia, Areli and Hilari was our fabulous cleaning crew and they were very thorough and efficient. We are SO pleased!! Thank you also to Jorge for great communication, calling us with an estimated ETA, gave us the run through of our pricing and was very communicative with what to expect. They also texted arrival time ETA as well. Thank you all so much! The portal is also great, with a breakdown of cost and record of copy to keep.

I am a realtor at Northbrook Realty Group and my sellers needed a maid service to do their final clean since they had run out of time. I called My Maid Day and they were able to fit us in the next day. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. They did a great job and worked late into the night to get it done ✅ THANK YOU!

We hired My Maid Day for a move-in clean and were extremely impressed. The cleaning team was extremely thorough and detail oriented. The price per hour for three people was reasonable, and the work they did was undoubtedly worth the price. I would hire them again if a needed a move-in/move-out clean, or for general cleaning services.

Once again I am writing to give 5 stars to Alicia, Mirna and Hilary. This is the third time I have hired My Maid Day and these three ladies are the BEST. They cleaned our home to perfection, leaving it sparkling clean and fresh for the lucky new tenants. They are professional, hard working, trustworthy, and accurate. I was very thankful to have their help after a long day of moving out. They came cheerfully, arrived on time, and went the extra mile...even when our move out day was during one of the coldest days all winter! These ladies do not disappoint! Call My Maid Day and ask for Alicia, Mirna, and Hilary...you will be glad you did!

Mirna and Arali (not sure if I spelled these right) did a great job! I had them more a move in clean and had movers and the wifi guy here all at once and they happily worked around them and did a great job!

Absolutely fantastic! They cleaned the entire place to be completely spotless! This one room I've attached a picture of is only a small sample of how awesome they made the entire place.

If I ever need someone to clean a place again, I will definitely call My Maid Day!

It should be noted that they sent 2 personnel and they worked for 7 hours. That's pretty impressive, however, I also had to sit there with them for 7 hours in an empty house. It was boring, but they did such a fantastic job I really didn't mind. They also set my expectations up front and told me it was going to take them that long before they started but after they arrived and saw the place for the first time. Understandable and reasonable for that to happen that way and for them to take that long. Overall, I was really happy with the results and so were the owners.

I can’t say enough great things about the services provided by the 3 ladies from My Maid Day! today. I decided to have the home that I’m moving into deep cleaned before the move tomorrow. Debra, Mercedes, and I forget the third young lady’s name, but they were all incredibly detailed and extremely hard working. They cleaned that house from top to bottom meticulously. I’m extremely pleased with the cleaning services I received. I would definitely recommend their services; and I’ll be using them again without a doubt! Thanks Ladies!

I hired My Maid Day for a move-out cleaning, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way.

The team of three cleaners arrived right on schedule and immediately got to work. From the moment they walked in, I could tell they took pride in what they do. They were thorough, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process.

What really set them apart was how they went beyond just cleaning. As they were working through the house, they noticed I had some belongings scattered around that I'd obviously missed during packing. Without me even asking, they took the time to help me gather everything up and get it packed properly. That kind of thoughtfulness really made a stressful moving day so much easier.

But here's what really blew me away - I had a small wall patch and paint touch-up on my to-do list that I was dreading. When I went to tackle it later in the day, I discovered their lead cleaner had already taken care of it! The wall looked perfect, and I never would have expected a cleaning service to handle something like that.

The actual cleaning was top-notch too. Every room was spotless when they finished - baseboards, light fixtures, inside cabinets, oven, everything. They left the place looking like it did when I first built the home.

The whole experience felt like having a team of friends helping out rather than just hired cleaners. If you need cleaning services, especially for a move-out situation, I can't recommend My Maid Day highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful day into something I actually felt good about.

They Never cleaned the blinds, fan, cabinets or anything we hired them for. Instead they cleaned a room where we are replacing the flooring.....makes no sense. They didn’t clean the showers or the kitchen cabinets. Absolute waste of $300. Honestly, we could’ve done a better job ourselves but wanted to save time.

CLAIM UPDATE: They offered me $43.30 back from their terrible cleaning job. I paid $300. I’m not settling for $43.

Now they are saying they will refund $100. Owner and manager do not even have the decency to speak to me on the phone.

They said once you accept the refund, you are not allowed to post anything negative about the company on social media, file lawsuits, and talk negatively about them. I’ll post the letter they sent me about giving me $100 back and refraining from posting negative things on social media about this company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I had a move-out cleaning of my old apartment. Easy to schedule, showed up on time. After 3.5 hours, the two women left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in. Very reasonable price. Would use again.

Amazing job! Alicia, Areli, and Mirna were incredible! I hired them for a move out cleaning and the house was cleaner than I had ever seen it before! I wish I had hired them upon moving in!

Grupo Myrna did an excellent job cleaning up the interior of a building that has been empty for 1 year. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. Well worth the service.

I should have paid more attention to the 1 star reviews. Was charged for 4.5 hours to clean an empty 1600sqft house that we had moved out of (so no appliances or furniture) and you couldn't even tell someone had been there to clean. Not sure what they did for 4.5 hours, it looked exactly the same before and after.

We found this company through AB Moving. They did a great job scheduling and following through. They confirmed before and called day of. They were on time. Mirna and Areli did a good job cleaning. It was an empty house move out clean. I would recommend them!
