Dry Master Cleaning and Restoration has been amazing! This is the second time we had them clean our carpet and both times were great! They're very professional and friendly. We had them come out before our wedding for the first time. When we had them come out again last week, they remembered that we got married! It is a local business and they're great at their job!

My ottoman had terrible stains after years of use and my own unsuccessful attempts to remove them. Dry Master got most of them out and were very upfront about the fact that some stains would be hard to remove due to the type of fabric. Very happy with the results and I saved a lot of money by not having to have the piece reupholstered

Beverly was very kind and helpful throughout the restoration of our irreplaceable carpet from Greece that had been ruined by our dogs. They got the stains and smells out even after the carpet sat soiled in our garage for over a year!! Honestly would recommend their services to everyone!

Yesterday I called Beverly explaining our new dryer AI indicated our vent was block. This morning Gregg & Nicholas arrived & what a mess they found…and they had everything cleaned in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this family owned & operated business.

Really great company from start to finish! Family business who you speak with on the phone, followed by father and son who happened to be available for my job. Very friendly and professional. They cleaned an apartment of carpet with many stains and pet urine and made it look and smell brand new! Their cleaning process was quick and dried within an hour or so. We will be using them every time.

This is a small family owned company that works hard at what they do. Had some old but very expensive outdoor cushions that needed extreme cleaning. They were heavily soiled and were a lighter color. They are almost like new when I thought they would have to be thrown away. We are realtors and will recommend this company to anyone!

We have been using Dry Master for many years. They have cleaned our carpets, got mold out of a sofa cushion, cleaned our throw rug and now cleaned the grout and tile/marble in our master bathroom. I appreciate that they added a sealant coat to protect the grout and marble. They are a family owned business, they do quality work and they really care about their customers!

Thank you Dry Masters! First, they are very punctual. They were knocking at the door exactly when they said they would be arriving. Both men were knowledge and on point. And our carpet looks brand new. I will be using your services to do the rest of the house in the near future.

I hesitated to leave this review but decided I want to save anyone else from the sadness of the way they have ruined my beautiful custom drapes that took me almost 2 years to find the perfect fabric. When they brought my drapes back to hang them they looked destroyed. Short, no creases, I called immediately they agreed to have Ritas custom drapes come by. She did the best to fix them all though they are ruined. I was told it was the material. But that can't be the case because the Master Bedroom drapes also photo attached have been destroyed as well. (a different material) They are not fit to clean high end custom drapes. I am going to have to take further action in order to resolve as they no longer will accept responsibility and have them fixed. I would think this may be as easy as having them relined. Completely disappointing and hard to look at daily as they use to be such a beautiful focal point. The first pic of the long drapes is before the took for cleaning. The the last 2 pics of long drapes were before as well. The last photo shows master bedroom ruined drapes. Feeling devastated.
Considering the before and after pics the response received is extremely inaccurate. The condition and the way they were made was of extreme quality, it was not until you cleaned and pressed were they ruined.
