Super stars! They always make my kitchen shine! Always one time and they have my keys. Merry Maids is like family. Clean every 2 weeks. The best. The office is always easy to get ahold of.

I was satisfied overall with the cleaning from Merry Maids. My house looked and smelled fresh, and it stayed clean for a good amount of time, which I appreciated. Everything was tidy and well taken care of overall.

The only areas that could use improvement were the finishing touches. The toilet tissue wasn’t refilled in all three bathrooms, and when I gave one of the cleaners a bag of tissue, it was placed on the floor instead of on the rack. In my kid’s bathroom, the light switches still had fingerprints, and my daughter’s bed wasn’t made as neatly as expected. These are small details, but they make a big difference in the overall presentation.

That said, I was still happy with the service, and I’d recommend Merry Maids. With a little more attention to the finishing touches, it would be perfect.

KAS was able to get me scheduled in last minute and was very kind and courteous through out the whole process which was nice especially going through a move. They showed up on time and wasted no time. The thoroughness in the cleaning they did to my apartment was unbelievable. It was cleaner than when I moved it originally. I’m still amazed on the job they did and 100% would and will recommend!

We loved our KAS cleaning! We had never done a deep cleaning before and you can breathe so much better in each room; having clean floors in every room is worth the cost! The ladies worked diligently and worked around me and my baby as needed.

Very happy with the quality of the clean. There was a miscommunication about the deposit, which resulted in the business refunding it. It took a bit longer than was ideal given the holidays, but given the resolution and quality of their work, I would use them again. Really pleased that they made everything right.

I just started using KAS Cleaning services and have been very happy with the results! Each time I arrive back home after cleaning day it is such a pleasant feeling, especially seeing all the details like folding my robe, straightening all the items in my shower, and my paper towels and toilet paper rolls are all folded like at hotels! It’s the little added things that make such a difference and put a smile on my face.
