Wendy and her team were absolutely fabulous today! We had a deep clean after several months of just struggling to handle to keep things tidy as a busy family of 5. I was skeptical because we have worked with several cleaning companies and individuals before and they just check boxes and don’t care about the actual work to do the clean. Wendy and her team came today and I was just blown away. They spent hours cleaning and just were very intentional about it. We have set up no weekly cleans and I’m so excited to look forward to those now! Thanks Wendy and team!

Paid $600 for a “full move-out deep clean” on an EMPTY house… and still had to clean for two hours myself after they left.
There was food left on the floor, the floors were sticky, and visible dirt streaks wiped up instantly with just a wet rag. The pantry wasn’t touched, the ceiling fans weren’t touched—honestly, it didn’t even seem like proper cleaning products were used.
For a move-out clean, attention to detail is the entire point—and this completely missed the mark. The stove was the only appliance left in the home.
I did contact the company and was given a $100 refund, but paying $500 for this level of service is still unacceptable. This was, at best, a $200 clean.
Would not recommend. Save your money or be prepared to redo the work yourself.
