Couldn’t recommend them more. Fantastic customer service, fast, flexible, fair prices, and transparent service-by far the best we’ve encountered and will continue to use them for all our services! Yamil is just the best, we wouldn’t want anyone else to touch our system after using his company! Haven’t ever felt this good about a large purchase.

I would highly recommend 4 Seasons! Yamil quickly diagnosed our problem on a Sunday and gave us multiple solutions to choose from. He and his team were very professional and did great work replacing our furnace.

I was told I needed a new compressor because AC breaker tripped instantly.
Others wanted in excess of $4,000.

Very good HVAC! They serviced my furnace last fall and AC this spring. Found an issue with my compressor and helped me file a claim under warranty even though they didn’t install the unit. Very happy with their work, quality is great! Very timely in doing the work.

Thank you so much to 4 Seasons A/C and heating! Vincent drove out immediately on Sunday morning to help us out when our A/C suddenly stopped working on a warm summer day. His quote beat the competitor and I feel I got a good value for the part and work. He fixed the specific part that needed replaced, but also diagnosed a problem that a previous servicer had missed that in turn caused the problem. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, fix, what to expect in the future, and build trust. I won't go into details but he handled a tricky problem with a competing company with expertise and integrity. We are going back to them next time.

Contacted 4 Seasons A/C based on neighbor recommendation for AC equipment replacement. Provided various equipment and cost options and scheduled installation two days later.
Provided updates on cost/financing and equipment procurement leading up to installation. His technicians have worked together for several years and extremely efficient and skilled. Old equipment quickly removed and new equipment installed without issue and left workspace in mint condition working perfectly. Received follow-up inquiries to very satisfaction.

Having recently purchased an older home with an HVAC system that was over 20 years old, it was definitely in need of repair. After extensive research online, I came across Yamil and his team at 4 Seasons and can say with ease that their great reviews are 100% well deserved.

Yamil was extremely responsive with great communication via text and I was able to squeeze in an appointment the very next day. He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a few options to repair, but in the end, I decided to replace the entire HVAC system.

That being said, he and his team were able to schedule the full install only two days later! The team was very professional and laid out coverings on the floors where they walked throughout the house. Entire removal and install was done the same day and I now have fully functional heat and air again!

Highly recommend Yamil and 4 Seasons for any HVAC work. They are an honest family business that do quality work that's hard to find these days. Will be using them from here on out!

I had a great experience with Yamil, but the story starts way before we crossed paths.

When I moved into my house two years ago I had my previous HVAC contact come in and inspect the units. I had done a full replacement in my previous house so I'm fully aware of the investment HVAC issues can lead to. They immediately let me know that the evaporators on both units had been installed backwards by the builder (I'm the second owner of a home that was 4 years old when I purchased it).

Under warranty, I had the evaporators repositioned, and that was that. You would think...

Two years later a thermostat stopped responding and, through Google reviews, I found 4 seasons. Not only did they have the most reviews, they had the most attentive, and responsive, owner. I made my decision.

The first visit was a piece of cake. standard service, but with a heads up that the "computer" controlling my damper system was on it's last legs. He let me know it was on the fritz, but also said I could likely get a few more months out of it by switching the motor that wasn't responding to another channel. We did that, and I paid him a nominal fee for checking everything out. Done.

But then, while the troubled thermostat came back to life, the main control for most of the house stopped responding. I texted Yamil--it was after 9pm at this point--and he immediately texted back. Turns out the computer that he warned me was about to fail, almost immediately did.

Assuming one of the two motors on the dampers were partially the culprit, we replaced them as well as the computer/control unit. But, and some of you might think "of course," we found another problem. Mold.

Turns out we had been living with mold flowing through our house for two years. All because the original evaporators were positioned wrong and allowing moisture to flow through the system rather than draining as designed. Something the previous HVAC crew didn't think about.

I'm sure some of you reading this (if you've made it this far) are thinking I was terribly up-sold. Initially, I'd be inclined to agree. But, rather than replace everything, Yamil let me know he could work from the heater forward and that my outside unit would work fine with the new evaporator. Others may have counted it as a total loss, and I'd be looking at 3-4x the price for which he quoted (and completed) the work.

In the end my wife and I both feel good about the decision we made, but I'll post some before and after pic's to let you decide. I didn't expect any of this from a 6 year old house, but more often than not faulty installation is to blame vs faulty equipment (input from a different contractor).

If I'm looking for anything negative, it's punctuality. Yamil is usually a little later than he'd like to be. I'm sure it's a sole-proprietor thing. Not much...just give him 30 min or so on his arrival window.

Edit - no need to apologize re: the slight delay Yamil. I had to find something to criticize...no one's perfect!

We’d been told the state of our downstairs AC unit meant our only option was to replace it, which we couldn’t do, and that the upstairs unit just wasn’t able to handle the heat of August in Texas. A relative gave 4 Seasons a call. Vincent arrived within a couple of hours and assessed our situation. After checking the units in the sweltering attic heat and then outside, he detailed how both up- and downstairs units were compromised and that the best solution truly was to replace. However, working with the budget afforded us, he agreed to repair and warrant them for a limited, yet generous time. He’d come to our home during the time he had before a scheduled client and needed to go, but not before getting the upstairs to start cooling enough for some relief overnight. He called when he got home that night to check that it was indeed cooling! He returned with his crew the following afternoon, and they worked into the night. A new thermostat was installed. They took apart the units, cleaned or replaced the parts, put them together again, and serviced the entire system. Vincent followed up the next morning. It was obvious that Vincent and his team must take great pride in their work. They weren’t selling. They were problem solving and doing it with professionalism, honesty, and skill. Vincent explained each step. We appreciate their expert repair, and even more so the consideration, fairness, and kindness Vincent led with throughout the process. What a blessing! With their good work ethic, good will, and good results, this team at 4 Seasons has won our business.

Yamil and crew came the same day that I called them and confirmed that my compressor was out. He was thorough and guided me through every step of the diagnosis. His crew was on time and repaired my condenser expeditiously. I highly recommend if you want an honest assessment.
