Our HVAC technician came out late at night when our family had no heat, and we are so grateful for his help. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave us solid recommendations for the next steps. Most importantly, he made sure we had temporary heat so we could stay warm and safe overnight. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to his customers truly stand out. Great service and a great business. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

It's natural to have some level of anxiety when you are about to invite a contractor of any sort in your home to fix a problem. Well that anxiety was quickly put at ease with Mr Vincent. Why?
1. Communicated what time he was going to be there, gave updates of time of arrival until actually arrival.
2. Enter home with respect and understanding for issue at hand providing assurance that he is going to do his very best to find the problem.
3. Communicated every step of the way on every action being taken, looked for root cause and solutions, asked questions before taking any action.
4. Followed up after departure to ensure all was still working.
5. Maintain commitment in doing what he said he would in getting the appropriate parts, installed and then waited to ensure all was working before departure. I could go on and continue to share what an outstanding human being Mr Vincent was, but what is important to any customer is that you are getting the truth, wisdom and expertise complemented with professionalism which is some of what we all want versus some just trying to take your money. I am writing to follow up on the recent service performed on my air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, despite the repair, my A/C is still not working correctly.

The repair was completed on June 20,2024, and while it seemed to function initially, I have since noticed that the unit is not cooling effectively. The temperature does not drop below 80*F even when set lower. I left nice review right after he left to appreciate his work. But then our A/C still not working, the problem was not solved. We have kids in the house and Texan heat is not a joke. He took our money and didn’t solve the problem. We called another company. They told us he scammed us and didn’t diagnose right. I just cry because we paid his company for nothing and now we have to pay for another A/C company to fix our A/C since we no longer trust this company.

If you want to waste your money and your A/C will not work, this is the one. I would not recommend anyone to try this company. They are lack of knowledge and customer service.

I have had a poor experience with Four Season (Air Condition, I previously wrote in April when the sale person came to my home Peter we paid all the money upfront before Service was done now as I look back that was a bad on my part but because I heard so much about four season, I thought they was a professional company and would perform professional work when they came out to install the unit, they installed it right next to my neighbors air condition unit and their chimney so that means we cannot cut the grass past that point was to install two vents. We are in August and I have yet to see a tech to come out to install the vents we have had several of their employees to come out and say where it would be installed , I tried calling the salesman twice. Email him no response when I call for season they starts another complaint. If there’s anyone out there that can help me. Do I need to go to the Better Business Bureau or what because at this point I feel that they Should give me my money back they can come and get all of that equipment, And when I had my air conditioning unit installed, they did not go to my second level to make sure that the air was blowing out properly. I would not recommend four season to anyone, and if you use them do not under no circumstance, give them any money upfront.

Hello. I would like to share a bad experience with this company. One of the technicians, Yxxxx, came to my home to fix the AC, but it is still not working. Here are the main points:

1. We paid $1,800 for filling the gas and welding the pipe. It’s too expensive. The technician overcharged. He said the AC would be working soon and we needed to wait for 2 hours, but the AC is still not working.
2. He made us trust him and forced us to write good reviews. We did, but the AC is still not working.
3. He said we need to replace the compressor for $4,880. It’s too expensive. Another technician quoted us $2,200, which is almost the same as what he charged for filling the gas and welding the pipe. He keeps overcharging.
4. He couldn’t find the compressor failure at first. Another technician said any professional AC technician can identify a compressor failure immediately. So, it’s a diagnostic failure.
5. He tried to sell us a new AC and gave us a list of new units costing from $12,000 to $14,000 instead of trying to fix the AC. He tried to force us to finance it. Our AC is only 9 years old. I think he is not a technician; he is a salesperson.
6. He worked with his two kids. He let the kids screw bolts on the machine. I was surprised to see that he worked with two little kids and still charged $1,800.
7. He said if I damage his reputation, there will be legal consequences. He tried to threaten me.
8. We just want to get some of our money back. We want to pay a fair price for filling the gas and welding the pipe. He confidently said it would be working, but it’s totally not working. In my opinion, this company should refund some of our money.

This company overcharged twice as much as other companies. They prioritize selling new units over fixing issues, and their diagnostic systems have failed.

Future customers should consider this before using their services.

I suggest this company treat future customers fairly based on my experience.

I will check this review regularly. If this company deletes my review, I will continue posting about my experience until I receive a refund.
