I bought my current townhome about a year ago and did a total remodel. One of the last things I did was my attic. Efficient Homes Solutions did a nice job removing 22 years of stinky insulation which had rodent droppings throughout, sanitizing the entire area, sealing all openings where critters could enter and reinstalled all new insulation including over my garage area which did not have any. I had one little glitch and David Rivera, the owner, personally came out reviewed with me and sent his guys out and immediately took care of things. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to deal with a company that is so professional and still knows what good customer means!

First HVAC company told me parts were not available and I needed a new system. Matt came is and replaced the OEM part in 24 hours and got our system working again for less than half what I would have paid.

Jordan was amazing with my HVAC install. He was very kind and patient. He answered all of my questions, even some twice. He made sure my unit was functioning properly before he left. Thank you Jordan for great customer service. It is greatly appreciated.

I used them for an insulation rennovation of my attic.
This was the first company I called on a month-long journey of multiple company quotes, advice, concerns, and discussions. But when I spoke again with David of this company, he came out again to my house and spent an hour walking around my attic and property with me. He gave me his honest and professional opinions using his 20+ years of experience working in this field including his time as an energy auditor. They were patient and understanding through my constant concerns and questioning and for that they earned by business.
They actually just completed the work a couple days ago, removing all my 41 year old insulation and replacing it with new (making my previous R-16 attic into a high standard R-60). The workers were diligent and polite, encouraging me to check their work as they completed each step.
I'd use them again.

David Rivera was absolutely amazing. Efficient got him out to my home on a quick turn emergency concern during the weekend and his consult was top notch—all that I could ever hope for from an expert. He was incredibly knowledgeable well beyond any of the other overpriced "experts" I had out from other companies, extremely transparent, and connected me to other elite affiliates to meet my specific needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jordan and Olaya were absolutely amazing! They came out to repair my HVAC system and air conditioning unit here in Dallas Texas and Richardson Texas right in the middle of the summer heat. The AC repair was fast, professional, and kept my home cool and comfortable again. If you need reliable HVAC service, AC repair, or air conditioner maintenance during hot Texas weather, I highly recommend them!

Efficient Home Solutions of Plano responded very quickly to my service call. The technician, Matthew, was very knowledgeable, got to the root of the problem, explained everything in detail (and layman's terms I could understand). David was quick to understand our current circumstance and helped me choose the package that was right for me. The installers were quick, efficient and clean. After living several weeks in the Texas summer heat, we are now cool and comfortable. Highly recommend.

My new air conditioner is truly a work of art! I obtained several proposals and while most of them were within a few percentage points of each other in terms of cost, I chose Efficient Home Solutions. There were several reasons. First, David took the time to show me the math about my CFM airflow problem. I have been short about 800 CFM all these years and it's probably why my other unit wore out after 12 years. I got a 5 ton Lennox unit and David explained the differences between it and a comparable Trane (which I had previously installed). I think having a local company with access to parts in the future was a great reason to pick Lennox. The unit is a beast. Secondly, David brought his installation manager who carefully inspected my attic space and location of new return ducts. No one else brought theirs. This made a big difference because there would be no question as to what would work space-wise or not. Third, David also answered all my questions professionally and even explained many details I hadn't thought of (nor did any other service provider). I really like my Nest control and this unit cools within 40 seconds, and after 2 minutes, it's freezing! The family room is facing the hot west sun and now we can't even tell it's hot outside. I highly recommend them!

The tops for honesty, hard work and prompt service! I am sure competitors would just try to sell a new HVAC rather than troubleshoot a difficult problem. EHS will stick to it until it’s perfect.

Our attic insulation was on 11” with lower grade R-36…. Efficient Home Solutions did a great job blowing more insulation in before this bad storm. Very professional. Would definitely use again!

I have been using Efficient Home Solutions for about a decade now. I know that they will tell me the truth when it comes to discussing the condition of my HVAC systems. I first used their services to repair my original equipment that came with my house. They helped me stretch the use out of the old system and then assisted me in choosing a new system. They are a no-pressure company as service is their main focus. The owner of the company even took the time to come to my house to make sure I was happy with their service. Who does that these days? It's so hard to find vendors that will even return your call let alone thank you for being a customer. I would highly recommend EHS for HVAC service or Installation of a new system.
