Juan does an excellent job for us

I contacted Smith Thompson Heating & Cooling due to a non-working thermostat and also requested a system health check. Alan quickly identified the issue and patiently explained the cause and the steps he took to correct as well as the results of the system check-up. Alan also answered my question regarding an anomaly with my piping and at my request offered to provide me with his recommendation and a follow up quote. I appreciate there was no hard selling tactics and that customer service was the goal.
