DeepEx is an extremely valuable tool for designing support of excavation systems, tiebacks, piles, etc.. The graphical interface is great, and a big improvement over other programs i have used. Their technical support has also been critical in my understanding of the program. They always get back to me right away to answer questions and solve my issues. 5 Stars for Dimitrios and the whole crew over there.

I recently started using SnailPlus for a soil nail wall project, and my overall experience has been very positive. The interface is relatively intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the initial learning curve manageable. What helped me the most was the excellent support from Flavio and Dimitrios—their quick responses and willingness to clarify questions made a big difference in understanding the program. Once you become familiar with the workflow, building and analyzing models becomes straightforward and efficient.

Very well designed user interface. Users can pretty much figure out how to use the program without even reading the user's manual. Calculation results are well presented in figures and tables. Overall a great design tool for geotechnical and structural engineers!

In particular, when a design does not meet requirements, the software could be improved by offering guided recommendations to help designers refine and resolve issues more effectively.

I have used DeepEx as part of projects at WSP. I used it to design the secant pile walls, tangent pile walls. DeepEx offeres good user friendly interface, easy to learn features and allow us to design for staged construction. Modeling is super easy and the support that I got from the team was amazing. The training provided was thourough enough to clear the concept. I would highly recommend the software to anyone designing the foundation/shoring system.
