Caleb provided excellent service. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I went over all of the miscellaneous things that were concerning us and what needed to be fixed and he provided two quotes for us to review before beginning the work. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything was repaired. We will definitely be calling Mister Sparky the next time we need electrical work completed.

I am so happy that I selected this company to replace my wooden floors. Nick was willing to work with me and what the insurance company was giving me for the job. Some problems came up and Nick kept saying don’t worry I will take care of it and he did. Everything was done beyond perfect and on time. They also cleaned up afterwards something that does not always happen.

I can’t express how happy I am that I selected this company over others who I interviewed. I will be using them for anything else that I might need a handyman for.

Todd with Kool Koncepts does great work. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was quick to respond and show up. His pricing was very reasonable. He has been working on our house for many years. I highly recommend him for any AC work.

Very disappointed. Servpro came to my house to do the mitigation for my insurance. They broke the countertop, which we may have difficulties to matching another piece in the bathroom. They also took the faucets away, which was unnecessary, they left some parts of the vanity that they took down and needs to be hauled out but most importantly, they are not returning my call to discuss and settle these issues. DO NOT USE SERVPRO

PLUM OUICK WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH A TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER. I HAVE CALLED FOR THREE DIFFERENT SERVICES FROM THEM. I LIKED THE WAY THEY INSTALLED MY NEW TOLIETS. AFTER THE INSALLATIONS THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF CLEANING UP THE AREA. They were prompt in answering the phone for a service call. I got immediate support in getting help with a water leak that was pooling on my wood floors. Orlando not only fixed my plumbing problem but also answered all my concerns! You can tell he takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. I think all of the people at Quick Plum are great to do business with!

After having a negative interaction with another water mitigation company, I contacted multiple other companies when we had bathtub leak. All Dry was the first to respond. They came out quickly and took care of the moisture we had. We were in the process of selling our house so we needed a detailed report to provide to the buyers and Lee helped us out with that, even coming back later when we needed him to add more information to the report. They are a great family business and I highly recommend them.

Jorge and his crew did a great job! He explained very detail and answered all of our questions. The crew also cleaned up the backyard very quickly and put the everything back. The job took 1 day and half, super efficient. Greg our salesman is also very helpful. He is always approachable and patient.Tracy also did a great job explaining the payment and schedule. We highly recommend dura pier if you need foundation fix!

Jamieson came by today to give me a quote for some electrical repairs - he did an extremely thorough job reviewing and documenting everything. Very professional and kept everything clean, even wore booties over his boots to keep the carpet clean! 10/10 recommend

We had an… okay experience, but ended on a bad note. Mason was who helped us through the design. The city of Dallas took forever to get the permit approved but then they required revisions to what Pinnacle submitted in the plans. It took about two months for the permit process alone (not really Pinnacles fault, I suppose).

In the construction process, there was a time where they thought the square concrete stonework was acceptable. Attached is a picture. I had to argue with the project manager that it was poor planning and poor execution but eventually they agreed to make it right.

One complaint I can’t shake is that Mason told us during the sale that they like to give a “gift” at the end… in the mock up we were told maybe some cocoon chairs by the pool or something. Never got any type of “gift”.

In the end, everything was nice, but one thing I specifically asked during the sale was that is our sprinkler system going to be an issue and Mason said no, they deal with that all the time. Fast forward, the broke our sprinkler system in the excavation process (we didn’t learn this until the end). We told Mason and the project manager about it and they told us they would fix it, but it turns out they hired a vendor that they typically use for irrigation and then didn’t tell us that we would be footing the bill. Then told us the contract says they don’t pay for that. We were never given an estimate, never told verbally prior that we would be responsible when we raised the concern, etc. we were told the project manager failed to tell us of the estimate and that we would be required to pay.

Bad taste at the end having to foot an extra unexpected $1500 irrigation repair bill.

As I understand it, The Fox family came to North Texas from California to build pools, and they are excellent at it! Mason Fox, our salesperson and designer, is awesome! He is knowledgeable about the process and helped us understand every step along the way. He always responded to me in a timely fashion (usually within minutes), and he always helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. He has an excellent, “can do” attitude that makes working with him both fun and productive.

Mason and our project coordinator, Sean, competently answered every question we had and helped us build a stunning, custom pool that blends with our traditional home.

The subs were always friendly and professional.

We added a strong water jet so we can swim laps in our small-ish pool, and we love it! This allows us to swim laps in our smaller, recreational pool.

Although there was alot of rain during our building process that delayed things, Pinnacle managed to finish our pool in only 2.5 months!! Without the rain, we would have finished in under 2 months. I think that’s pretty remarkable.

Pinnacle Pools is a professional and enjoyable company with this to work. I can highly recommend them. We are thrilled with our new pool.
