I was ask to provide a review from the company- my initial response was good as I thought they completed the job. We are now 3 mths after install. Just now getting inspection from one of there own and it was a complete fail! She stated there are so many things they did not complete. So we have to wait another week for her to come back and recheck. Total lack of communication from them. I have reached out with no response! If you have someone else to install your solar I would certainly go with another company. My Roof Solar is well below average!
Update- to your response said owner! The electrician came and tried to finish yesterday. He had to order a part that was supposed to be ordered back in September. It was not ordered so we are still waiting. Your company is was funded $100k in September from Good Leap! I would love to know where the rest of our funding is for this fiasco!

Stefano and the Star Home Remodeling crew did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. It was a big job, and they completed it professionally, friendly, timely, with great attention to every little detail. Stefano himself was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and reachable, as well as friendly and personable. I highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects.

After at least 3 other electricians coming out and saying "Wow, this is messed up, I can't help you" I had lost hope. Then our neighbor recommended Tremmel Electric and I decided to try one more time. We knew we bought an older home with some funky wiring, but we never knew it would be this difficult to troubleshoot. Pete comes in and starts immediately hunting down the issue. As he follows the wiring, he's improving it all along the way. He is one of those rare professionals that appear to ENJOY what they're doing... AND he's good at it! Could not be more pleased. Our home is safer than ever and I finally found our electrician!

Had a few solar panels installed and the response time on my initial inquiry was same day. The men who came out were very professional, answered all my questions and did an amazing job! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

Maverick made the whole process from A to Z very easy for my solar. They were very professional and great to work with and made the whole process simple. I definitely recommend going to them for any solar needs and services!

This is the most unprofessional company I have used to date. I called for an electrical repair. The first scheduled visit was cancelled last minute after I took off of work to be home. The second time, the technicians were 40 minutes late and looked like they were under the influence. They did eventually identify the repair, but were not able to fix the issue completely. They said I would be contacted later that day to schedule another technician for the following day. Nobody called and I was charged $337 that I did not authorize for an incomplete job! Not only that, but the fuse panel cover was left tossed in my garage with the screws missing. I called four times and emailed two others. I was never contacted back to talk about anything. The only correspondence was a threat from management that if I disputed the charge, I would be sent to collections.

I do not write reviews, especially negative ones so I hope this gives a little context as to how bad this company is. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE.

It give me a great pleasure to review this team. They did an excellent job of restoring our bedroom and bath. My project manager, Ryan was the most involved PM , I dealt with in any company. If Ryan said it, I knew it would be done. He ensure us that we had to satisfied and that was the most comforting thing you can ask under these circumstances. His communication skills are superb. His knowledge and business acumen are unquestionable. He along with his partners , Jessica, Bri, and Nicole are the team you want for your project. With all said, I really felt a true partnership with all of them.

After several months of high energy bills, I finally made the decision to jump over to solar power. My experience with MyRoof has been by far superb! Everything from the salesperson to the technicians, I want to give a shout out to Greg and Ty. Not only have they shown their interest to giving their clients nothing but the best service, but they will go above and beyond to make it happen. Anything from long hours to attention to details when installing new equipment and strive to keep their work nice, neat and best of all ORGANIZED!

Purchased a cleaning / maintenance contract when I added new panels onto my existing system. That was about 3 months ago and we have had a significant increase in our solar production with our cleaning and our new system.

We would recommend cleaning to anyone who have had panels over a year. Despite what we thought, panels do need to be cleaned and we did see an increase.

Maverick was out this morning to clean my panels. They were extremely professional and completed the job throughly. From the moment I reached out to them, to the time the job was completed, they answer all my questions and provided competitive pricing that was fair to do the job. We also saw a HUGE input in our Solar Production.

We had some few lights installed and they look great. The team had to travel quite a distance for this job and we certainly appreciated it. We made the right choice. Millennium Electric Company arrived on time and the work was completed very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Been a while since I've thought about this company. Actually worked for them for a year or two on and off.
I can honestly say I'm really surprised this company is still in business.
The owner Montny Quentin Allen craves power over others but when things don't go his way he turns into a person looking for a friend until it changes again.
Can't really blame the man for being who he is if you want to take that chance and get to know him. But there's no respect for his employees at all.
I got into a wreck while on duty and yes it was my fault because I re-ended another vehicl. But being a man all about the money and power he never carried full coverage insurance on any of his drivers or vehicles. Just the basic liability.
The words from his mouth trying to tell me I owed him for the truck and wreck just very selfish, very greed, very negative because he is cheap when it comes to spending.
I will say that him and his family took me in for some time to help me get back on my feet which I was grateful for, only just to have the agreement we talked about not honored and the fact he would walk right into the room I was paying 180 a week for when I was naked or not and continue on the power pride little fits he has.
After I bought this house I own I almost called them up to possibly use LYL service because the actual workers are all Hispanic and they cherish their work but knowing what I know of the owner and his wife and having worked for them I couldn't take that chance. People don't change.
Hope I am wrong and the company changed for the better for the customer instead of the way I remember but I never saw any changes for the better.

We have been using LYL for over 20 years at two different houses. Monty and his crew do a bang up job in seasonal lawn & tree care and especially in landscaping. Our current residence had the original landscaping in front yard from 1998 and was seriously bad. Time for a make-over. Monty came to the rescue surveyed the property and quickly came up with a design and price estimate. He had his designer create a colored map which we used to get HOA approval. The total job took 4 guys 10 days to complete but it was well worth it. Monty was present to supervise a great deal to keep the project on time and on budget. If you get landscape work done pay by check as he reduces the total cost since he doesn't have to pay the credit card fees. If your landscaping involves lighting Monty will install less the electrical connection. He then has his electrical sub-contractor contact you to make the hook up. LYL will also install/modify existing sprinkler systems to fit the new landscape work.

We hired them to replace two pieces of trim in a bathroom and to paint both of our bathrooms. Both rooms were not that big and they were here for a little over an hour. They obviously weren't watching what they were doing because they missed several spots in both rooms. I reluctantly called the painter to come back out and finish the job right. I even had stickers on all of the areas that they missed, which were like 25-30 spots.
The one place that I didn't look was under one of the areas between the cabinets in the bathroom and sure enough they didn't even paint that area. I was told that these guys were professional painters. They were anything but that and I would NEVER hire anyone from this place again!

We just finished our major home renovation with Star Home Remodeling. We are so pleased and happy with the final outcome. Stefano was very easy to work with, being always available when we need to discuss something to him regarding our renovation. He listens to our ideas and concerns and gives us advise or work with what we are expecting. Will definitely hire him again for our next home renovation projects. We highly recommend Star Home Remodeling.

So.... We have used this company for a few years now. We had our lights installed on November 1st. The price has always been reasonable. Today we were notified that we would have to pay $60 more this year. When my wife asked the question this is the response she recieved “ They now charge per light bulb (which we were not told) Also, the owner tells my wife that they will honor the price this time but he will not take the lights down/service us in the future. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service! I suggest doing a little research before hiring this company! If I could this company zero stars I would. Also, our house if pretty small as they only did the front trim and two trees. (Just the trunk on the two trees)

Stefano and his team are amazing to work with! He was the only contractor who listened to what I really wanted and was willing to get creative to give me the bathroom of our dreams. We completed nearly a full home remodel with his team that included: Replacing carpets and laminate with tile look hardwood, painting wood paneling, replacing hardy board with drywall, de-popcorning several rooms, filling the sunken living room, painting, new lightning, complete gut and reconfiguring of master bathroom/closet, and gut of guest bathroom. Overall we had the team working on our home for over 2 months so I feel very confident in recommending Star Home Remodeling.

He was easy to work with and took great pride in managing the project and making sure our home was respected and worked on properly. When any question did arise, he was quick to jump in and help.

Poor service. I have used their service 4 times, and will never use them again. I will start off by indicating that I had one of their handymen come out and hang a new ladder assembly upstairs to access the attic. That individual and that job was performed to my satisfaction and the ladder still works. With Andy On-call, you don't know if you are going to get a 'handy man' that knows what he is doing, or someone out to take your money. A one year warranty isn't enough time to evaluate all their work (hanging cabinets) . Should have known better than to use them, when I asked them (along with other work I was having them do) to hang 2-multi-function 'rubber maid 'Fast Track'' tool supports in the garage (holds multiple hangers for electric cords, bikes, tools, or toys). I wanted them near the door to access the house from the garage. The A/C refrigerant lines run into the house on the other side of the wall (compressor located outside the garage on other side) and I didn't want to damage these new lines, so I decided I would have them "a professional' do it. the came shrink wrapped with the screws and wall anchors. He removes the shrink wrap, then makes an attempt at finding the studs behind the gypsum board (uses a hammer to tap the wall and listen for a more solid contact), then takes his hammer and Nails the "Screws" into the gyp board. :(

My kitchen cabinets are pulling away from the walls, and I wanted that addressed. After I emptied all the cabinets, "Andy On Call" removed all sections of the cabinet, and carried them outside to the front yard. I thought the work was going to be good, as I hadn't considered it would require them to be completely removed. Then he reinforces some of the corners, , and rehangs them. 2 years later, they started pulling away from the wall again.. Andy On-call only has a 1 year warranty.
This same repair man was supposed to patch a hole near my roof (2 story house) above the gutters, to keep the squirrels from accessing the attic. I was not satisfied with him placing sections of siding over the holes, which he used nails to affix into 1/2 plywood. He guaranteed it would keep them out. When I had to call him back out 6 months later, because the squirrels were getting back into my attic, he responded "they just moved the siding over and got in". He made another attempt, but 1 month later after that failed, I rented a ladder from Lowe's, and removed the previous patch, and made my own from 2 sections of metal flashing, which I used 'Liquid Nail' and screws to attach to the wall. 2 years later, and so far so good, but squirrels are persistent.

Looking for an organization that will stand behind their employees (contractors) work with more than a short term warranty.

I want to thank Andy OnCall for the great job they did today!  Andy OnCall performed the work at a professional level and was very friendly and courteous throughout the project. I really appreciate that they moved our appointment ahead of schedule when they had a cancellation. Everything was completed exactly in the estimate and Andy OnCall did a fantastic job.  I will definitely use your company again for any future home improvement projects.

We got David and did a very poor job on repairing our laundry door, fought with us on fixing what he did wrong and yelled at my husband! My husband was so patient and friendly with him and did not deserve to be spoken to that way and David was extremely unprofessional the way he handled the whole thing! It was like the idea of customer service was completely out the window. Spoke with the owner and barely got an apology. Left us with a terrible patch job since he did not use the tools we were promised when we made the appointment so my husband still has to work on it. I am still considering calling the Better Business Bureau.
