I have used Pete for various jobs over about 15 years but most recently had him install a whole house Generac generator. I was going on a trip overseas and wanted to get it in before we left and he went out of the way to work with his very busy schedule to get it installed to meet my travel schedule. His price for the install was far better than anyone else and his work was flawless. I even had a problem with the battery dying shortly after the install and he quickly responded and took care of it. He is absolutely the best and I almost hate leaving this review because I don't want to share.

Pete (and Andrew) did an excellent job installing a new main circuit panel for us yesterday, replacing an old Zinsco panel that we no longer felt safe with. They installed the panel, surge protector, outside emergency disconnect & 2 grounding rods. Very reasonable charges, delivered on time, great communication!!!

Jose of Handyman Connection of Plano did an excellent job of Putting my Vanity light, Towel bar, Mirror, and tissue holder together at such a reasonable price. I will definitely tell my friends and family and will call them again for more projects.

I hired Handyman Connection of Plano to install two grab bars in a tile shower tub. Jose showed up on time and was very professional and polite. He assessed the situation and determined what he would need for the job and proceeded to work. He did an excellent job of locating the studs and drilling through the tile to install the grab bars. I am very pleased with a job well done. It is always a pleasure to get home repairs done in a timely and professional manner and I will certainly use this same company again.

A big “thank you” to GP Homes for the amazing work transforming our gallery kitchen into a more updated and functional space. Our project included knocking out a wall to add a peninsula, gutting the kitchen for all new cabinets and appliances, and an updated electrical panel. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result! From the start of the project, Nick was very forthright, professional and extremely helpful navigating us through design options and expectations. He used software to generate a rendering of our space that really allowed us to visualize changes, materials, etc. His crew was courteous and hard working, and at the end of the day, we’d often find Nick helping to clean up and ensure the project stayed on schedule. We are so incredibly appreciative for GP Homes (and to our friend’s for their referral). We are loving our new space!!

My AC unexpectedly broke down at night and i called Alex. He came at night to assess what’s wrong and was able to repair it by next day.

Don’t get solar from this company!! You will have an electricity bill and have to pay your note on system!!! company is absolutely deceitful. We had a rep come out and tell us we would have no electricity bill and would only have to pay the monthly note for the system. After getting the system we still have an electric bill and have to pay the note on the system. My husband and I were told several times we wouldn’t have an electricity bill from the power company. He even promised if we did the company would fix it on them. We have had our solar for months and have had a very high electric bill still. Nobody is helping me resolve the issue when I call. The people I talk to are saying that we never were promised not to also have an electric bill. My question why would we even get solar if that was the case. They’re acting so deceitful. They won’t help me resolve the issue and are acting like I knew it would be this way. I’m writing to anyone getting a system from them do not listen to them if they say you won’t have electric bill. It’s a complete lie. Don’t make the mistake we did.

In Response to My Roof Solars Reply: It makes absolutely no sense that a reliable company would send representatives that you are not personally affiliated with. Then also not making an effort to make things right when it has to with your company is very unprofessional. I have called this number and the person I spoke with said what I listed above. That I was never promised what I was clearly promised. That my system is working fine. Which barely covers half my bill.

We had a water leak in our house that spread very quickly. Servpro was there within an hour of us noticing it/creating the insurance claim, and they walked us through every step of the way. They have been prompt, courteous, and informative throughout this stressful experience. They have been very helpful in working with our insurance company. These guys were so great! I had been really stressed when I had found mold growth in the bathroom and wasn't familiar with the process. They took care of it all with great competency and thoroughness. The whole process was pretty seamless from the first initial call to the very end of picking up equipment. Pete installed three new lights; one of which was a new bathroom vanity and another over our 20' staircase, two exhaust fans, and replaced an electrical outlet in a couple of hours.

The men that showed up to install my solar panels did a amazing job,they were kind and respectful. They did not leave anything on my lawn,they cleaned up when finished.

Our primary care office had a sprinkler go off along with the fire alarm causing water to enter multiple offices & patient rooms. Sean and his team were quick to arrive and start the remediation process. They were fast, friendly & professional! The came in, got to work setting up dehumidifiers, blowers and air scrubbers. They were easy to deal with knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Because they were so quick and efficient, they saved the office so much damage. It could’ve been a much worse outcome. Even the electrician that came in to check everything out electrical wise said Serve Pro did one of the best jobs he’s seen in a long while. I've wanted to go solar for a number of years but no one could or would walk through everything and answer all my questions. My Roof Solar answered all my questions and explained/went over everything even the warranty covering roof and any panels ever needing fixed.
They do not use 3rd parties for any of the sales or installation. They are all company employees and very polite answering any questions I had throughout the process. The engineer I spoke with in the beginning has been available for any concerns or questions as well as anyone else I have been in contact with. Installers came in went over everything they were doing, got it done, cleaned up walked through everything done so you understand it all.
From start to finish just a little over a month. Thank you My Roof Solar!!!!
