Tech Jared came out to diagnose a heating issue and was able to resolve it quickly. Total Air was able to service us same day with temperatures in the 20s outside. Justin L. and his team are top notch. they are my go to for anything HVAC.

Rafael did great and really helped me out! He gave me good advice and didn’t try to make me pay for something that wasn’t needed.
Great company overall as well, they made everything easy. When they didn’t have the filters my units needed in the truck, they had them delivered very quickly and Rafael installed them before he left!

Tyler from Total Air was at our home today and did an amazing job! Explained options and was helpful and Professional- wonderful news in that Total Air has added plumbing to their services! Brett accompanied Tyler and as an adjunct service! He was able to fix an issue with my faucet! It is great know total air has expanded!!

My A/C unit stopped working and was scheduled for service same day. Tyler B did an outstanding job! He focused on carefully identifying the root cause of the issue(s). I very much appreciated his courteous and professional manner. He kept me updated on the work he was doing along with explanation on issues as he came across them. it's obvious he enjoys his work and cares about the quality of work performed. He's an exceptional young man and has a very bright future ahead.

I originally called American Home Shield and they sent out one of their contractors who said I needed to replace my furnace for almost $4000 the technician spent less than five minutes troubleshooting. I didn’t believe him

I contacted Total Air they had hundreds of positive reviews on Google Domingo. Their tech showed up a couple hours after my call He diagnosed it as a dirty flame sensor he cleaned , checked the whole unit ran through a few cycles works perfect. $250.

Areli Jaimes and his crew from Total Air & Heat installed a complete HVAC system in my house on January 26 despite the snow, ice, and cold. They continued to work through out the day until the job was complete and we had running heat. A fantastic job! They didn't just throw equipment/parts together just to finish a job. Areli made sure the system was working properly in every area. We couldn't have asked for better service.

I just had the best experience from Total! So let me set the stage. Our heat had been out since last Friday. I thought I could fix it myself (lol). I messed around for the first few days of the week as “Dall-Aska” was fast approaching. Wednesday night I gave up and called Total. The answering service was very nice and took my info down. Even offered for someone to call and set up an emergency service that night. Not necessary yet. Got a call first thing Thursday morning that someone could be to my house by 10am that morning look at it. Mekonnen Taddese showed up right on time. Within no time he identified my 30yrs old furnace had a bad circuit board and would be 1/2 the cost of a new unit if they could even source the board. Now remember that a huge arctic front is coming and will be here Friday night and I have no heat in my house. I said “Let’s do it if you have it in stock”. By noon Jacob Stoup shows up and presents the very fair proposal and scheduled the install for the next day at 1pm. Osvaldo Perez and his team showed up right on time, covered all my carpet, installed the new unit and was out by 4pm. Dall-Aska blows in Friday night and we were roasty and toasty at home iced in for the next several days. The Total team saved our lives!!!!

I tried two other companies before calling them. None was able to even diagnose properly. They are very professional, and my tech came in did this fix really quick , I am very happy that I call them and I am not gonna try any orher vendor for my Hvac. Thank you Total air & Pluming team.

Was not satisfied, called them over for a diagnostic and additional information on a fan replacement they quoted me $900 for the fan replacement with Labor and $400 for a coil cleaning plus $129 I paid for the diagnostic to tell me the information that I told him was wrong. Definitely not satisfied with the price or US veterans on unlimited income and it felt like we were getting ripped. So I took it upon myself to go to a HVAC supply with the serial numbers to my old motor and bought a brand new one with a new capacitor for $275 and installed it in less than 45 minutes and squirted down my call with the garden hose took 20 minutes so $13-$1400 to do absolutely nothing. I will never call them ever again and for those of you, they are gonna read this post. Do your research watch a few videos it’s not that difficult unless there’s a compressor failure. You don’t really need to call an HVAC mechanic to get ripped.

Top to bottom, we had a great experience with Total Air & Heat. We needed a full system replacement so we received quotes from multiple companies. What sold us was their attention to detail, prompt communication, and reasonable cost for what we received. They replaced our entire system(indoor and outdoor), repaired ducts in crawl space, updated electrical requirements, and installed a new thermostat…all in a day. Total pros! Super impressed and very happy we chose Total Air!

We had an issue with the AC system producing a burning smell while being 10 degree cold weather outside. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes leading to us finding out that one of the main power terminals smoldered.

He fixed it in about 10 minutes and had us back to a warm house. We asked him why this happened and he was very knowledgeable on how that may have happened.

Found Todd on a preferred vendors list at work my co-workers crowd-sourced. Two of our computer engineers gave him GLOWING reviews. I called because our AC stopped working and he came within a few hours and determined to the blower motor in the attic died. I had sent the model number etc to him beforehand and he came with the motor, and installed it right away. Gave me lots of education about my system, which I really appreciated. On my request, and ONLY because I asked, he also provided a ballpark figure to replace the whole thing so I can budget for when the time comes. He’s been doing this a long time, and I appreciated his depth of knowledge and also his approach to business. Whenever this system croaks in a few years, I’ll be really glad I know who to call to replace it. The replacement of the blower motor was also reasonably priced. Honestly so relieved to find an HVAC service I can trust. Will be recommending him to everyone I know.

We had pluming job a few years back that left a large void under our foundation. We were unaware of this until we started seeing some damage popping up (cracking walls and sticking doors, etc) around the areas where our plumbing line was replaced. I called DuraPier and they sent out their Technician, Casey out the next day. Casey was great! He was very thorough with his inspection and took the time to answer all of my questions. Very professional! He offered me a couple repair options and walked me through the pros and cons of different pier types. I took a few other bids, but felt the professionalism, price point, and warranty with DuraPier was the way to go. When it came time for the repair, their repair crew didn’t disappoint! On the day of the job, their foreman, Jorge met with me to walk me through the process and made himself available if I had any questions along the way. The job went smoothly and the work was fantastic! They left my lawn in great condition and cleaned up all the dirt and materials like they had never been there. Top notch all around and a well deserved 5 stars. I highly recommend using DuraPier!!!

Very professional and efficient. He came when I was working from home and had to be on some meetings and I was never interrupted or distracted. He fixed a couple doors that wouldn’t close all the way. I highly recommend!

Steve & Jenny were very professional & prompt in their communications, did a thorough home inspection. Steve patiently walked us through the inspection report and ensured that we understood the observations and made recommendations. It helped us to feel comfortable of our decision to move ahead in the negotiations process with a clear expectations. Would definitely recommend!!

I am absolutely floored by the quality of service I received from Mister Sparky. Tony was my electrician and he was meticulous in his initial inspection and plainly laid out my options for the repair. He was courteous and made sure all of my questions were addressed. After the repair, he gave me pointers on small fixes inside the house and on futureproofing the panel. Tony was above all safety minded and focused on quality.

I will happily call Mister Sparky for future electric need and hopefully get Tony again.

We had a great experience with Pinnacle Pool and Spas from start to finish. Mason, our salesperson and designer, was super easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. He really nailed the design and gave us exactly what we were looking for.

Our 13 x 34 in-ground pool with two bubblers and a waterfall turned out exactly how we pictured it. The quality and attention to detail really stand out.

Sean & Chance were very professional, friendly, careful, and thorough as they cleaned up a LOT of broken mirror glass that had very unexpectedly fallen and shattered in the master bath. They called ahead before arriving within the promised service window. They worked diligently on the cleanup. They had me inspect the cleanup before they signed off. All good!

Jessica who took my initial call late the night before was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with understanding the need and setting up the appointment. Like Sean & Chance, she is also a top professional.
