I couldn’t be happier with this company and the outcome of this service call. Prompt service, outstanding communication. I was given a two hour window of arrival and Skylar Morris was right on time. He is respectful and pleasant. He looked me straight in the eyes. I knew this young man would be trustworthy and he did not disappoint. He assessed my heating system and took care of the issue straightaway for a reasonable.cost especially considering this took place on the weekend. What a lucky break for me I’m now doing business with Skylar and Total Air and Heat Co.

I cannot recommend Total Air enough! This team did such an excellent job of guiding us through the purchasing of a new unit, comparing their offer against others we received and installing the unit in the most hassle free way you can imagine. 10/10 recommend!

I was very disappointed with the service I got from Trent. I called Saturday night at around 6:30. Marge was great. Took the name, address and number promising a callback. After 1 hour I called back since I hadn’t gotten a call. Marge said that the tech said he returned all of his calls. So Marge sent another text. This time my callback was fast. I explained I had a contract and I was told the first they could get to me was Sunday. This contract was supposed to get me priority service. After talking to Trent he said he would contact the other techs to see what could be done. I waited another 30 minutes without a callback so I called Marge again and she got Trent to call me back. I don’t think he did what he said he was going to do because when he started to talk to me he asked the original questions about the AC and I had to remind him what he said he was going to do. Then he went back to “I can get you on the schedule Sunday morning “. I was left to manage in a house without AC during a heat advisory. Sunday Trent came out and while he was looking at the AC he was running videos probably to help him diagnose the issue. Then he came down to tell me I needed a new motor and they would have to order it from Trane. Again I was left without AC during a heat advisory - 2nd day. I held out until about 2pm and then packed everyone up to go somewhere cool - it was 86 in the house. I checked my text around 8:00pm and found out he tried to call the house to leave a couple of window units. He didn’t try my cell phone but left a message at the house. When I didn’t show he left 1 window unit but none of the parts to install it - no side pieces to fill in the holes or the bracket to keep the unit from falling out. He also tried to tell me that as soon as I signed the contract to order the part they would start working to get it. I called him out on that since the people doing the ordering don’t work on Sunday. So I didn’t get priority service, I’m not sure I got my discount since the invoice is not itemized. The tech was inexperienced (videos to diagnose the problem). He didn’t make any mention of about how long it would take to get the part nor did he tell me he would see if they could get a window unit out. He only called the house instead of both numbers when he had the window units. This was a bad experience all around. I contacted the company via email several times and never heard back. I contacted the company Monday morning to find out how long the part would take and to get someone out to install the window units. No one ever called me back about the window units but they did call back to tell me they had the part and asked if I would be available at noon. I said yes but they didn’t get here until after 1:00pm. Their website advertises 24/7 repair but what they don’t tell you is they have someone to answer the phone but they don’t repair 24/7. We bought this HVAC from them new and this is the kind of service they give to their customers.
