New to the Dallas area and a new homeowner with a pool and spa. The one good thing I'll say is that Scott got his phone on a Sunday other than that, this guy was just plain rude. I am in sales and he basically wanted me to commit to spending over $100 for a simple stop by. When I tried to explain my situation to him, he hung up on me. Stay away from this angry person!

Aqua Clean is reliable and honest. They do great work even as finding and training pool cleaning employees has got to be a challenge.

Scott has serviced my pool for many years. He keeps my pool in in tip top shape. He always keeps me informed and he's very reasonably priced.

I am just amazed at how beautiful my pool looks! I was out of the state and my house was on the market and needed somebody to take care of my pool until the house sold. Within hours of calling, they were at my house and started their magic. Absolutely awesome service and the price is right! You will not be disappointed if you use their services.

Incompetent service. Called them for a service call about a burst pipe inside a heater after the freeze. The technician they sent told me that he does not have any experience with pool heaters and would not even look at the heater. He offered me to sell me a new heater for close to $2K. $90 wasted for nothing. Opened the heater myself, did my research, ordered parts and fixed it myself. All for less than $150. Will not use that company again.

Beautiful clear crystal pool, but we were overcharged 80% more than agreed upon. Also, if you have pool products that you paid for that Scott doesn't approve, he will remove it from your property and will not give it back upon request. If you do chose this business, I recommend you request an estimate of all costs beforehand and beware that if your pool supplies do not meet Scott's standards they will be taken.

Scott came over on short notice to take a look at my pool after I got DE all over the bottom. He fixed a problem with the filter and now, one day and one good vacuum later, the pool is so much cleaner. I'm confident that with one more vacuum, it will be 100% back to normal. Scott will now be our go-to technician when we have issues with our new pool!

I contacted Scott two weeks ago and requested a bid to service my pool. Scott told me that he would get out to see my pool the next day and email me a quote. He must’ve forgotten. I called him a week later and again he told me he would be out the next day. He forgot a second time. I gave him one more chance, called him a third time and He emailed me a proposal. The proposal was unlike any I had seen in the past 20 years of being a pool owner. His prices were vague and unclear. When I called to request information on the proposal he tried to sell me $1500 worth of equipment but did not have time to spend 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining his process. This is the fourth time this man had cut me off on the phone, not having time to discuss his service with me a potential client. He was rude and dismissive, and I’m so glad he showed me exactly who he was before I gave him any money.

I had an actuator go out over the holidays, and with a freeze coming, it was important to me to get it fixed quickly. I called my 'warranty guy', who didn't return my call for 3 days. Then I called my weekly pool cleaning company, who said they'd come out and do the repair, but would charge me a $95 trip fee, in addition to the parts and labor. I decided to try Aqua Clean, who came out the next day, made the repair, and did it at a fair price.

I'll use them for my future pool repair needs.

We had an issue with our pool on a weekend during a freeze. I had a hard time finding a pool service company to come out on a weekend, but Scott was willing to come out and figure out what the problem was with our pool. He came and accessed the problem right away and went out of his way to help us with other issues. Great company and great owner. Truly cares about his customers.

They were not only able to get me scheduled on short notice but they did an incredible job for a great price. You actually get to speak to someone when you call and they treat you extremely well unlike larger pool companies which treat you more like a number and aren't even local to the area. Needless to say they've won my business moving forward for all of my pool service.

It was New Year's Day morning when I noticed that water was no longer circulating in our pool after a freezing temperature of 18 degrees overnight. I checked the weather and there wouldn't be a break in the cold snap for 2 days. I knew that many plastic pipes were at risk for ice damage. I started calling around to local pool repair companies with no luck, not surprising for a holiday. I finally called Aquaclean and Scott answered the phone. While he wasn't providing service that day, he spent more than 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions and allaying my fears about broken pipes. He said he would come by the next morning to take a look. He arrived promptly and went to work. I was hoping for at least some advise about how to minimize the ice damage, because I was sure he wouldn't get the pump operational. But after about an hour after repairing a valve and servicing the frozen pump motor, he had the system working. I told him he was a magician. Overall I was extremely satisfied with Scott's work, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. I am sure that will have him back for some other work and perhaps use Aquaclean for pool maintenance. I highly recommend Scott.
