Surprised to see low ratings. I’ve never once had an issue here with the desk people. They ask you to provide your ID and your city of Plano bill and that’s it. If you can’t find your paper copy you can easily log on from your phone and show them a screenshot of that. Always helpful and friendly workers, plus it’s a great service. Two free dump runs a month!
