Rude and unprofessional

Charge you for parts under warranty when they have it on the truck and try to play it off as labor. Talking about how they have to charge you in case your neighbor needs a part and they may not have it

I only gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 10. Complete A/C and heat system install. Tim, Renee and Chase were professional and informative about my needs. No high pressure sales, price was very reasonable. The entire crew of Air-Worx were quick and professional. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. They arrived on time as promised.
There is no better company out there I trust.

Shamelessly charged us for the service fee of $70 and 1 hours work, also $70, for less than 30 minutes onsite after requesting to come out the next day, and showing up late.

Great guy came out, diagnosed, and repaired quickly and efficiently!

It was a great experience hiring Airwox for our new ac installation. They were able to respond quickly when our older unit crashed and the new system paid for itself within 2 years due to the savings in our electric bill. I was fortunate to contact Air Worx last week when my furnace was not acting correctly. I am a 65 year old female, I am married but my husband takes care of his mother and was not at home. Tim Goforth answered promptly and listened carefully to the issues my furnace was having. After discussing several options which I had already tried, he dispatched one of his employees to come over. Thomas was here within an hour, extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He talked through everything he was doing when I was with him. He discovered the problems, immediately came to me to discuss all possible options before he did anymore, I really appreciated that. We settled on the best possible option and moved forward. Thomas, worked nonstop and I had a workin furnace within a 3 hour timeframe. I was charged a very fair and competitive price which meant very much. I have used Air Worx a few years ago with the same customer service. I highly recommend this company for any and all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs!

Air-Worx & Air and Heat is a great company to work with. They were so quick to help repair and service our a/c unit, in the 104 weather, and get it working properly. Great customer service and service personnel. MJ and Ethan were very helpful, friendly and caring.

We had an issue a year ago with the company, Mr. Goforth the owner was apologetic and ensured us thats not how he does business. My AC needed help as drain pan was full. The guy came out quickly flushed the line and discovered the pan inside the system was cracked. I was told they would call me back to discuss after contacting Trane for warranty replacement of pan, I never had calls, I even called and left message. Today they showed up at my home, completed the repair and the same bait and switch from last year occurred. The original gentleman did not come this time, different crew sent and possible pricing on original visit of course increased and the one I discussed with isn't present for the second year in a row. I also did not get a detailed receipt, just a price is $1200 period. I have no idea if pan was covered under warranty or not. I had to also stop them from leaving to get a picture of the receipt as they weren't going to leave one. on a final note...asking why the internal pan could be cracked the gentlemen said could have happened during install....this company were the installers!

Wonderful people, they did work on this home before we bought it, have had them out twice since. When our AC was out (not due to their work) they went out of their way to help us by lending us a portable AC unit for a couple days. Make sure you get scheduled for fall heating and spring AC preventative maintenance.

Had a great experience with this company. They came out, diagnosed and had me up and running again in just a few hours. We have no issues now and would not hesitate to call them back when needed. Definitely a company I trust 100%. They gained a customer for life!
