I am giving 2 stars, because the problem with our heating system was fixed, but the timeliness (8 days to get it fixed January 18-26 very cold temperatures) and ADDITIONAL CHARGES are unaccepable.
Our multizone system heat kit breaker kept shutting off at the unit.
AirWorx came out next day over an hour late for a 9 AM appointment (first appointment of the day and I was taking off work). They were here for 20 minutes of service to flip the breaker on the unit in the attic and run a diagnostic test, said they didn't know why is had gone off. Charged $170 ($100 service fee +$70 diagnostic test). Okay, I thought that was high, but was happy the unit was working.
The next day (Friday) the the unit was off again.
The service guy said over the phone, that he was afraid that would happen, and he didn't have the part on his truck, but that he had already ordered a heat kit breaker.
Monday the part was in, but the service guy was off, so no one available to fix it. Set up service for Wednesday afternoon, and no one showed up, same service guy said he had forgotten about the appointment. Rescheduled appointed for Friday. The service guy showed up, installed heat kit in 40 min. Unit is working, and the part was under warranty, but I was CHARGED $250 for this service date. ($100 for the guy to pick up the part, $100 for him to install it, and $50 warranty processing fee).
Total $420 for a part that was under warranty, seems unacceptable.
I can see paying for service fee (twice) and and even an over-priced warranty processing fee, but $100 to go get a part that they carry regularly, seems like that should be included in the service.
My husband called the owner and he said they HAVE TO charge the customer $100 for the time that it took the employee to go pick up the part, and he wasn't even appologetic for the 8 COLD days that it took for it to get fixed.
We will definitly be searching for a new AC/Heat service in the future. -
I contacted them late Sunday afternoon, they had a man there Monday afternoon. He performed a system assessment, cleaned some coils, and gave some good recommendations. Very polite and knowledgeable. Left the house with the system working properly.
Exactly how I would expect a business transaction to be conducted. Would recommend there services to anyone -
I’ve used Tim and his guys multiple times for various projects both at my work and home over last 10+ years. He’s always taken good care of my family and never abused what others might financially, when the pocket book is tight. So if you’re looking for a reliable HVAC company, look no further. Tim and Eathan thank you again for all you guys do.

The builder of our new home used them for installation. We have had the same problem for a year. A new part was finally installed only after we kept calling. Then our unit froze withij 12 hours of the new part being installed. This all went down the day before we had renters. They quit answering our call and never returned our call. My understanding is they never returned the builder’s call this week related to our issue. We had to pay for someone else to come and work on the unit. There was a larger issue at stake. They “‘may” be good at initial installation, but if you are looking for accountable and responsive customer service, we did not have a good experience. We were very disappointed.

Company installed system on our home built in 2022. The nail holding the unit in the attic came out and straps holding unit did not support and caused water to run down the wall. Reached out to owner to make it right and got a run around about how nails come out in doing this for 20 years
