    I scheduled a water leak inspection and clearly mentioned there was visible mold at the site. When the technicians arrived—an hour earlier than scheduled, which caught me off guard—they took one look and decided there was “too much mold” to proceed with locating the actual leak. That felt frustrating, considering mold and leaks often go hand-in-hand and I had disclosed this ahead of time. Looking back, I can’t help but feel like they’re just going from place to place collecting inspection fees without actually providing much service. Disappointing experience overall, especially from a company that advertises as family-owned. I expected more accountability and professionalism.
