I scheduled a water leak inspection and clearly mentioned there was visible mold at the site. When the technicians arrived—an hour earlier than scheduled, which caught me off guard—they took one look and decided there was “too much mold” to proceed with locating the actual leak. That felt frustrating, considering mold and leaks often go hand-in-hand and I had disclosed this ahead of time.

Looking back, I can’t help but feel like they’re just going from place to place collecting inspection fees without actually providing much service. Disappointing experience overall, especially from a company that advertises as family-owned. I expected more accountability and professionalism.

These guys did an excellent job replacing our water heater. On time, efficient & professional.Offered different options to fit our budget. Answered all the questions we had. We will definitely use them again

On time and quickly got to the problem and discussed causes and how to prevent in the future. After cleaning out the line, it was still showing signs of slow drainage. He called in for a bigger auger to get the job done. He waited on site for the tool instead of rescheduling, which others would have done instead of completing the work. Thanks for seeing it through on the first visit!

Great experience with Fisher Family Plumbing. I had a horrible (poop) smell in my home. Zachary, the owner, came and inspected the situation for me after hours as I wasn't sure it was safe to be in my home. Gave me some pointers, peace of mind and even HELPED me air out the house. They didn't charge me a dime for the trip. Just a good friendly deed. I'll definitely use them when I need plumbing done!

My hot water heater broke on a holiday and there were at my house the very next morning to diagnose the problem and get it fixed by the next working day. They were kind and friendly and clear about the cost.
