Unfortunately you cannot trust this company to actually show up and fix your air conditioning even when they tell you they are going to. They told us we were next in line. When I called back for an update hours later after hearing nothing I was told they no longer wanted to do it. They did not call to inform me so that I could find someone else they just left multiple families waiting indefinitely in the middle of south Texas summer. Completely unprofessional will never use again and will never recommend.
Love this A/C company! They take care of my Infinity system every 6 months and twice when my system quit working. Quick response and excellent Tech's. I would recommend them!
I was recently involved in a road rage incident with this work truck. Not sure if the driver was an employee or the owner, but I know one thing, he was reckless and a liar! I would certainly not do business with this company or reccomend them!
$172.00 AN HOUR automatically after 330pm. That's ridiculous. It's already been 2 hours since we called. IDK about how good the technician is as of yet, but I'm just flabbergasted at the $172.00 after 330pm. Sounds like a ripoff to me. I CHANGED TO MATTHEWS CCAC, AND THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! DO NOT USE ROGGEMAN! HUGE RIPOFF!
