Constraction reviews in Princeton, Texas

This company and team are some of the best guys I have had the pleasure of hiring to construct my patio. It’s been 2 1/2 years and I am still so happy with the quality of product and work they produced. When I was looking to build I reached out to get quotes for 5-6 different companies, EXL was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They did however have the best quality of materials used and knowledge for the job. The one thing that stood out the most is when they came to do the bid they offered ideas for the design based on what I wanted ( at the time I really didn’t know exactly what that was) RJ was very patient he listened, asked the right kind of questions, drew out sketches, made adjustments and then handled everything from there. I From start to finish including city inspections it took 3 weeks to complete and it turned out better than I could have imagined. During the process I was kept in the loop and knew what to inspect when. They completed a 40x18 foot 10 inch deep stamped concrete pad with a patio cover of 2 gables, can lights, ceiling fans, and heaters. My little oasis is a perfect escape I can relax with my husband or entertain with friends. I am still beyond thrilled with my purchase and this team. I definitely will use them again for some other home remodeling I’ll do in the future.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding work done by EXL Extreme during the remodeling of our home. RJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. He consistently and promptly responded to all our text messages, ensuring open communication throughout the project. His dedication to staying on top of the crew's work and keeping us well-informed was truly commendable.

Rj's crew was equally impressive, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and focus on the project. Their commitment to delivering quality results was evident in every detail of their work.

Overall, working with this company was a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Rj and his team. If you're looking for reliable, skilled contractors who truly care about their clients and the projects they undertake, this is the company to choose. Thanks to Rj and his crew, our home has been transformed into something beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We worked with RJ and his crew at EXL between January and June 2023 on a 1500sqft addition to our home! We added on a large master suite and laundry room on the 1st level and two bedrooms, one bath, and a flex space on the 2nd level. And a covered 16x8 cedar deck integrated with the roofline!

To sum things up, RJ and his crew were awesome to work with!!! Honest, fair, competent, great communication, great workmanship, etc!!! RJ keeps his word and we would definitely recommend EXL Construction!

From the very beginning RJ was competent and had an excellent grasp of what we wanted and how to get it done. RJ was fair and flexible in all matters; small changes to plans here and there, fixing mistakes, being upfront and timely about delays or changes, and of course in project pricing/estimates.

Communication with RJ was timely, thorough, and honest. He was always willing to hear our concerns or discuss any other project details, and in turn answer and address things in a timely manner.

The construction timeline was quick and went smoothly. Framing was completed in just 2 weeks! Materials and quality of workmanship were top-notch. Also, RJs crew and any other subs he had to bring in were always very respectful and kept a tidy workspace.

Integration with the existing home was seamless and RJ did a great job finding a brick supplier to get a great match.

All in all, we were very pleased with the work done!

Extreme line Construction satisfied customer!

RJ (owner) and his team exceeded our expectations during the addition of approximately 500 square feet to our home, which included a new bedroom with a walk-in closet and attic access, a beautifully designed bathroom, and an extended media room. The quality of their work is solid—everything blends seamlessly with the rest of house, as if the additions were always there.

RJ’s communication and professionalism stood out throughout the project. He is a great listener and addressed any concerns we had without hesitation. For example, when there were some issues with the vanity and a few minor imperfections, RJ and his team promptly fixed everything with great quality—even satisfying my wife’s very high standards and attention to detail. Their flexibility to accommodate our needs made the process smooth and stress-free.

What impressed us even more, without the pressure to achieve, was that the project was completed ahead of schedule—8 weeks instead of the expected 12—and stayed exactly within the agreed-upon budget. This level of speed, quality and transparency was surprising to us (we had done other remodels with other contractors with tough experiences). Speaks to the team’s excellent planning and execution.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The media room’s enhanced lighting and speaker setup is amazing, the bathroom is top-notch, and the bedroom layout—with its angles and spacious walk-in closet—is perfect for our needs. These additions have truly transformed our home, making it feel like a brand-new space and a new feel to our home.

I highly recommend Extreme Line Construction for any home addition or remodeling project. Skilled, reliable and pleasure getting to know.

I highly recommend this construction company for your expansions, and repairs on your home. They replaced all my rotted siding with concrete wood siding that is guaranteed not to rot; I think. Replaced the outer door frame of both my exterior doors, and primed and painted my garage door. We had them paint the garage door because I changed the color of the siding, fascia, awnings, etc. Even sub-contracted the gutter company and recommended the color for the gutters; the gutters come in a variety of colors and the green color for the gutters did not go well/ I didn't like the color/ contractor didn't like the color of green the gutters came in. Since he contracted the gutter installation company, all my payments went to my contractor and he paid the subcontractor. The work crew was very courteous as well. The owner of the construction company, RJ was very personable and I deemed him to be honest and his price for the job was reasonable as well. They are opening an office here in Trenton which makes it very convenient to make an appointment or to stop by and discuss matters in a timely fashion. Payments for our home repairs were done in installments at different completion stages, this way we knew the job would be completed. We've heard many stories of contractors skipping out when paid in full upfront before the work has even begun or partially done; that was reassuring. He built an addition to our neighbor's home and it was great inside and out, couldn’t tell it was an addition.

I felt like I had a new home, it's gorgeous!

I worked with RJ recently to have my patio reconstructed. The outcome was more than I could have imagined or wished for. The team was super communicative at all times with updates and what was/would be happening. Very happy with the outcome of my new patio.

Great company, great people to work with. They are very professional, reliable and did a great job on my project.

Had the pleasure of having this company redo a deck/patio for me. The owner is a marine veteran and conducted his business in a very friendly and professional way.

"Jovannie is an outstanding professional—knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. He recently installed matching seamless gutters on our home, and they not only look fantastic but have been incredibly effective during the rainy months.

We've also confidently referred Jovannie to many clients for patio covers and extended patios. Every project he's completed has showcased exceptional craftsmanship and been delivered on time.
